We had 2 hours on the bike after going through all the paperwork ect. At midday we got told that was it, we didn’t have enough experience and told to leave the course, after we clearly stated we had minimal experience on a bike, but the company was happy taking are money, the trainer might aswell have told us to go home on the 1st hour he was very negative. Shocking experience.

Instructor was realy great . Clear instruction and well timmed guidens.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with RideTo was extremely disappointing. I arrived 15 minutes late to my CBT due to unexpected traffic, and despite calling ahead at 07:35 — well before the start time — no one picked up the phone. I still made every effort to get there as quickly as I could, but when I arrived, I was told I wouldn’t be accepted and that there was nothing they could do.

What shocked me most was the complete lack of empathy or flexibility, even though I had clearly communicated and explained the situation. Losing £200 over an unavoidable delay is incredibly harsh, especially when you genuinely try to inform them. The staff simply repeated the rules and pushed the responsibility away instead of offering any realistic support or options.

I understand policies exist, but good customer service means looking at situations with basic fairness and humanity.
Unfortunately, RideTo showed none of that. I walked away feeling punished for something outside my control. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Guys I am really disappointed even I paid for peace of mind which is cost me 44.99 pound which helps me to rebook my CBT but just bcz of instructor I can’t book literally he said book your CBT again and come back I didn’t expected this will happen I didn’t get gud experience don’t waste time it’s waste of money completely

The instructors are really good at teaching and take there time for you to understand what to and what not to do.

The instructors is too strict and even not gonna give a second chance he just ask there expect to be perfect nor to train you .. they are taking that much money for training not for perfectly doing everything we are here to train by you man why you are expecting and rejecting us on that .. too much disappointment

I happy cbt training is very nice experience

Very easy to book, choice of riding schools and extra insurance just in case you need another days training.

I found the whole experience very good
Instructor displayed excellent people skills very informative and explained things that were very understandeble
I would fully recommend this instructor

Vicente was very good

Did my CBT with Simon and Jason, both were really nice and really helpful guiding the way through, the whole experience was a lot easier than I thought and having some good guys leading it definitely made me feel a lot more relaxed
