We recently had ground repair and crack stitching work carried out by RIT Group and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.

From the initial inspection through to completion, everything was handled professionally and clearly explained. Structural issues can be stressful, but the team made the whole process feel straightforward and under control, which was a huge reassurance.

One thing that really stood out was the transparency on cost - the job was agreed at a fixed price, with no extras added along the way. What was quoted is exactly what we paid, which is rare and very much appreciated.

They also stuck to the agreed timescales, and everything that was promised was delivered without any issues. The work itself has been completed to a very high standard, and the team were tidy, respectful, and easy to deal with throughout.

We also received a full completion pack and certificate of structural adequacy, which gives real peace of mind going forward.

Overall, a reliable, honest, and professional company that I would absolutely recommend to anyone needing structural repairs.

It started promising, the original survey was carried out on time and professionally by Lewis on the 02/03/26 and sent me the quotation on 06/03/26. I had some very simple questions, such as "how far from the wall does the block paving need to be removed", and "what damage will be done to the inside floors" but i didn't get a response. I had a call a few days later following up to see if I received the quote and I explained I did and was awaiting response to my queries. I was told it would be chased up, but here we are now April and this company has ghosted me. Sure its ok to ask questions, especially on a £XXk work order - or is that not allowed? Very odd practice, they must be too busy to want my money - and they were likely to get the project as well!

From the initial survey with Noel in July 2025, I felt relief and reassured that the subsidence in my extension could be fixed and repaired. Noel was always quick to reply to any questions or concerns I had in the weeks that followed.
Karl and his team carried out the work in September 25. They were friendly, courteous and kept me informed of every step. They worked into the evening to complete the job in one day, repairing and pointing all the cracks. They even added some wall ties internally.
I was extremely pleased with the results although the guarantee and reports did take several weeks to arrive afterwards.
Highly recommend!

Karl and his team came to my property and did a fantastic job from initial survey to the day when the work was carried out they went above and beyond, this is the 2nd time I have used their services and I would 100% recommend, they show you step by step of what they have done with photos and honestly put your mind at rest. RIT worked on my property in Aug 2025.
End Victorian terrace, weak ground due to poor drainage with voids being formed, which in turn led to brick/wall cracking on front and side elevation.
The works were completed in a day with no mess or problems.
Karl and the team were thorough, courteous, happy to answer questions and explain technical points clearly.
Completion report and warranty came a couple of weeks later.
Very happy with the works.

Very pleased having had work undertaken in August. From initial contact, on site inspection/survey - good communication throughout, explaining all steps. Lot of other companies I contacted were less accessible and didn’t give me confidence in the process, some tried to offside me with technical jargon. Not RIT - very helpful, available to answer queries at short notice, didn’t try to baffle me. The team on site - turned up when they were due, kept to agreed timetable and agreed work schedule. Everything was kept tidy throughout, left site looking good when completed. Team were all polite and communicated well thoughtout site work. Good provision of documents from the quote for work through to report and guarantee. Would recommend to others who find they have these type of ground/building problems.

After talking to the market leader in this field, who quoted me a non-fixed astronomical sum to perform work on my property.
I turned to RIT whom I found to be very profession, punctual, polite and willing to answer any queries. Both during the original site inspection and the follow up 2 day visit, when the work was carried out.
Their quote was also fixed price which allowed me to budget and gave me peace of mind that I wouldn't be presented with any additional costs during their visit.
Once the work was completed, I received my invoice on line within 24 hours (though did have to search my SPAM mail for it) and after payment I got my customer pack and 25 warranty from their accounts department within a week (also on line).
While it has not yet been a year since I had the work done (June 2024) based on the service I have received from them to date, I am very confident, the follow up site inspection will happen, when I ring to book it next year. As I was instructed to do when I settled my account.

RIT are a family business and as a customer, was made to feel that I was important to them.
The four man team were exceptionally friendly and professional through the whole day. They regularly gave me updates on their progress. They sorted out an unknown historic drain issue, as they prepared to start their own work and completed the planned work to a very high standard. Once finished they gave me a walkthrough of what they had done and projected when they would be back -next year, to check their work as part of their 5 year inspection service.
They also cleared and brushed the site clean of all debris, after they had finished.
I would have no hesitation in recommending RIT and would employ them again without hesitation.
I generally do not complete ‘Reviews’ of contractors work, but this was an exceptional service and they deserved recognition for a job well done.

RIT Engineers were quick, professional and delivered a great quality job. The support from the office team was always prompt, answering emails and texts even during the weekends. The 25-years warranty is a "must" that every company should do. Very happy about my experience with the company.

I had RIT group carry out underpinning at my house. The guys arrived on time and completed the works promptly including serving the drains with very little disruption s. I had a few quotes from other companies but RIT gave the best quote and the best warranty pack with the work and were also much more approachable to deal with. Would highly recommend RIT Group.

Absolutely amazing company! I had a few quotes from various companies to help fix a problem causing cracks in the walls of our house. Not only was this company the cheapest, but they were also much friendlier, seemed more honest and weren't pushy (one company, I think the main one were extremely pushy, lots of calls and also said the problem was much worse than it actually was).
The team of guys arrived on time to do the work, it was really organised and was done in one day. Really impressed with their tidiness as well! It was like they hadn't even been! Really really friendly and the main guy went through everything they were doing with me and as part of the work they did a drain survey (included) and pin pointed the problem.
Since the work has been done, cracks have closed up in places and no more movement.
Really recommend these guys, and it's a lot cheaper option than going down the underpinning route!
Oh also I got a completion document after the work was completed detailing all the work and that includes a guarantee (I think 25 years?).
