I had a great service. All done in a day, left no mess.

I found Geobear from an advert and was dubious. If something sounds too good to be true it usually is. Not with these guys.

A quick form lead to a video call and I showed one of the experts my issues. They arranged a visit in person. They broke down their prices and explained their product and how it worked.
I couldn’t believe the difference compared to the quotes I was getting. Better yet, they told me they where not convinced that I actually had the issue other builders said I had and wanted to send someone out to do an in person inspection.

Craig came out from the sales team and allayed my fears on this occasion given a full breakdown of my issues which are not related to subsidence. He then went away and wrote me a full report explaining the areas to monitor ad recommendations

The whole process was so transparent which in this game is hard to come by.

Very pleased with Geobear’s prompt investigation and great help. Cracks were reappearing 14 years after their earlier occurrence, which had been caused by a failed drain. A few days after my initial contact, Geobear arranged a no-obligation video survey. Ian thoroughly explored the nature of the cracks, deducing they were due to the failure of the earlier render repair, and not due to further ground movement. He kindly emailed a brief report to that effect the same day.
So Geobear didn’t recommend their treatment - just repairs to the render. I cannot thank the highly professional and friendly team enough for their kind commitment to helping this customer in the best way -
a rare delight to experience such professionalism without sales pressure.

Jason was extremely clear with his instructions during the virtual property assessment and took the time to thoroughly inspect both the inside and outside of the house, including the lean-to shed. He reassured me that it was unlikely to be subsidence and advised me to continue monitoring the cracks I was concerned about, inviting me to get back in touch if I had any further worries.
This gave me significant peace of mind, and I only wish I had contacted them sooner. I would highly recommend this company, and Jason in particular, as he was courteous, patient, and very professional throughout.

I have used Geobear on several projects over the years. They are good to deal with and the work teams are friendly, clean and efficient. To stabilise a property it takes 1-2 days as opposed to weeks if using traditional underpinning, it is significantly less disruptive and it is generally more cost effective.

I’m a first time buyer and had no clue about anything. The explained the surgery to me perfectly and really dumbed it down so I could understand.

On the day, the team were early to arrive and quickly got on with the job in hand. Unfortunatly the Injection motor wouldn't work so we had to reschedule the pumping phase of the job. When they returned the job was quickly sorted and the team left me fully informed that the porch had been raised 4mm and was now stable.

Good communication up front with the engineer planning the work, and we were booked in very quickly for a two day slot.
On the day itself, the team were late arriving and getting started. There had been prior talk of it being all done in one day, but good job they left two in the diary. They cracked on in the afternoon and into the next day, though weren't terribly communicative during the works, and there had been some miscommunication about the lifting of carpets to cut a hatch.
We were unfortunate that their truck broke down part way through the work, which meant a third day was required - but these things happen and are unpredictable, so can't complain.
Post work and having paid, communication was a bit slow getting the completion paperwork - we were straight into the Christmas period, so some give expected but took a little chasing.
Overall, pretty good - just comms could perhaps be a bit better at times.

I recently had Geobear attend my property on 23 December to complete the agreed works, and I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience from start to finish.

I contacted them following advice from my structural surveyor. From the first engineer who visited the property I was given a full explanation of the process and what could be achieved.
Customer service and contact was first class whilst I was trying to fit my busy work schedules around having the work done.
When the work was carried out, their operatives worked efficiently and effectively, again with explanation of what they were doing, why , and what would be achieved. The site was was left clean and tidy afterwards.

I contacted Enda Gorman for advice on a property abroad which needed work done to address subsiding issues. Even though it wasn't possible for Geobear to carry out the actual work, as it was outside of the country, Enda took the time to review all the photos we had of the property and read a report based on a visual inspection by an engineer on site. He then gave a detailed opinion on the issues and explained what he felt could be done to rectify the situation with the foundations. He also explained why the issues may have occurred and detailed how the work might be carried out. Lastly, after explaining that Geobear could not carry out the work abroad, Enda took the time to direct us to a company abroad, near the area, which could help and further explained how to approach them. Enda was a pleasure to deal with, patient, informative and extremely knowledgeable especially considering the property he took the time to review and advise on, was something Geobear could not actually work on. His advice was very much appreciated, as we had no knowledge of this type of problem and weren't sure of the best way to move forward, now, thanks to Enda, we're a lot clearer with a plan to move forward. I would consider his help and advice a mark of the knowledge and professionalism of the company and would have had no hesitation in having Geobear carry out the necessary work.
