Honesty and Integrity from a Professional Company
Mr Sean Moore reviewed our residential structural problem caused by ground movement and showed true professionalism, honesty and integrity following his full and detailed review by reporting that Resin Injection was not the correct solution for our complex problem. What a difference from other so called experts in this sector who claim to be able to fix anything with Resin Injection. Buyer beware go with the professionals that have representatives with years of experience.

Sean Moore from Mainmark came to assess potential subsidence damage to the rear wall of our house. He kept us informed of his ETA and turned up when he said he would. He checked the site over thoroughly and found that ours was not a subsidence problem and merely needed attention by a competent brick-layer and roofer. He could not have been more friendly or efficient. All at no charge! Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Alex visited today - only one week since I initially raised the query with Mainmark. He was the ultimate professional - courteous & extremely honest. We were advised that there was no work needed & our initial concerns allayed by his advice - just some cosmetic repairs to the affected part of the floor.
It is rare to receive this kind of service & would have no hesitation in recommending Mainmark.

I couldn't believe how much I appreciated the inspection provided by Mainmark's technical sales Engineer, Alex Matson, a very experienced, professional and trust worthy gentleman. The house has many large cracks that really worried me. I contacted a few companies, but Mainmark responded very quickly and arranged a site visit.
After careful inspection, he patiently explained to me the causes of the cracks and reassured me that the foundation is fine. I felt relieved by the news but at the same time, I felt bad that I wasted his time. Alex has done a professional job in an extremely professional way.
It is difficult on this day, you still can find someone or some companies that are trustworthy, not ripping you off.
Therefore, I want to give them 5 stars and a big THANKS.
And I hope the feedback helps people to find a good and reliable company like Mainmark.

Quick, knowledgable, responsive (inc responding to txt messages on weekends, to confirm I had done pre-injection works correctly) + 30% cheaper than competitors quote. (And that’s the price I paid)

Having worked in the construction industry for many years at management level I was very impressed by the professionalism of the Mainmark Team. At both office and on-site they were very informative with the on-site crew being thorough, efficient, and clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mainmark due to their support and proficiency in remedying what is a distressful problem for a home-owner.

I bought a property at Auction which turned out to have had subsidence, possibly 30 years ago, but also the internal floor slabs independently sloped. I agonised over how to deal with this and the un-budgeted cost. I never heard of Resin Injection until researching possible answers. Mainmark were highly professional in addressing a solution for me. After finally going ahead, I was astounded by the product in real life and the speed at which it can be carefully and accurately expedited. I would also emphasise how impressed I was with the team who attended my home - Polite, prompt, engaging, professional, informative, attentive, great teamwork, hard working and caring. I would always give credit where credit is earned and I felt very strongly that my experience was down to the employees and how much of a credit to the company they are. I would highly recommend Mainmark to anyone considering using their services.

Mainmark carried out foundation repair work at my residential property. This was carried out quickly, and professionally with the final outcome better than expected. From my experience, I would definately recommend Mainmark. I feel that although work of this scope is never cheap, I did receive value for money.

Pity they have to park their trucks on the pavement in residential areas overnight
