I received an excellent service from River Crest Surveyors from start to finish.

They were quick to confirm the quote with me - and offered a competitive price. Booking in the survey was straightforward and they offered me an opportunity to raise any specific concerns or questions with the surveyor ahead of the day so they would know what to focus on.

The day of the survey, I received a phone call from Nitin to run through the headlines of the survey which was really reassuring and useful ahead of receiving the full length report which came a few days later.

The report was thorough and clearly set out. I was also offered an opportunity to talk through the report in more detail if needed but found I didn't need to do so as everything was very clear.

Absolutely amazing and super helpful surveyor! Nitin went above and beyond with the Level 3 Survey we requested and spent time to go over it with us thoroughly and help us with any questions and worries we had. Would highly recommend for first time buyers, or anyone kind of buyer!

We recently wanted to purchase a house and we needed a surveyor urgently as our vendors became very impatient. We booked a RICS Level 3 survey with River Crest. The quote and the booking process were very straightforward, and Gemma and Carol were super helpful. To our surprise, they could fit us in for a survey within a week on a Sunday! The EA mentioned that she has never heard of a surveyor who is willing to work on a Sunday. We got a very detailed report back within two days and a call from Mr Nitin Randev, the surveyor. I would like to thank him again for everything as he saved us from buying a house with a badly built extension and loft conversion (both without any Building Regulations Approval). If it weren`t for him and his expertise, the vendors and the EA could have tricked us into buying this property it would have cost us tens of thousands of pounds to fix it. I will book another survey with them as soon as we find another property.

From the moment I requested a quote I was instantly impressed. Nitin gave me a call to answer any questions I may have and I immediately felt reassured that River Crest were a good surveyor. Whenever I had any questions, Nitin and Carol were so friendly and helpful and I appreciated that a lot. Excellent service for a good price. It was easy to make an appointment and they contacted me beforehand to ask if there was any aspect of the property that they specifically needed to look at. I also got a follow up call to talk through a couple of specific points from the report, which when received was very comprehensive. I don't have the expertise to comment on the accuracy of the information, but that would be the same for any surveyor and they are RCIS registered. They did suggest follow up specialist surveys for electicals, heating, water etc., which did seem a bit excessive but I would recommend them.

This company cannot be recommended highly enough. Their work was prompt and extremely thorough. The survey was done in such incredible detail and nothing was missed out. It was very easy to understand and they carefully laid out any specifics that they felt I (the buyer) needed to follow up. And the price was very competitive. It was a joy to deal with them.

We recently used Rivercrest Surveyors having performed a search for a local RICS certified surveyor in our local area. Top notch service. River Crest Surveyors booked us in within a couple of days of my phone call and their pricing was so much more reasonable than the quotes i was receiving elsewhere. Special thanks to Nitin who carried out our survey. The report he provided was extremely helpful and thorough. The follow up call was really insightful as Nitin guided us through every page of the report he prepared. He had even taken the time to speak to our potential neighbours to get a better idea of the area and property history. He went above our exepectations. I received a very detailed, professional full level 3 survey of the property and they also took the time to discuss specific concerns before and after the survey had been carried out. I felt they had listened and had left no stone unturned (on what a non-invasive) survey can realistically do) so i could then raise further enquirers/investigate or reassess/renegotiate with the vendor.

Absolutely superb from start to finish. To say using this company was value for money is a massive understatement. Their quote convincingly beat the other companies we were looking at and I'd be very, very surprised if the competitors could've offered a better service.

Our survey was carried out by a gentleman called Nitin and the information provided to us following his visit of a house we intend to purchase was thorough, highly detailed, excellently presented and very easy to understand. Following this report we had a few questions that we'd wanted to discuss and Nitin was only too happy to book in a one to one consultation and meticulously go through every issue we had, giving precise answers using his extensive knowledge and experience. He even made it very clear that his duty to us doesn't end on the conclusion of our one to one consultation and if we needed any further help he was only a phone call away.

From the second we enquired to the point I write this review I cannot conjure up a single negative word to say about River Crest surveyors. Do not be put off by their competitive prices (thinking they're too low), these guys know what they're doing and put customer satisfaction at the very top of their list of priorities.
