Have used River Crest to carry out a L2 survey and very impressed! Their communication is spot on, very quick to respond and will answer any questions you may have. Nitin who is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable has carried out the survey for us and has took time to explain the survey findings, which we found extremly helpful especially as first time buyers. He took time to explain everything to ensure we understand and was more than happy to answer any questions we have. Very happy with the service, turnaround times. Thank you very much.

My partner & I have just used RCS and we’re extremely impressed with their thoroughness and level of professionalism. Nitin took a few hours out of his time to give us a phone call over an evening to break down our survey, as he knew we were first time buyers. He went above and beyond to ensure we understood everything on that phone call and provided us an incredibly detailed report for our level 2 survey. We can’t recommend using this company enough. They’re great value for money and Nitin is incredibly friendly & professional.

Had a full survey on a house we are purchasing. This was immensely insightful. Carol & Niti were absolutely fantastic. Not only did we get a detailed report with pictures we also had a 121 conversation on the phone where everything was explained fully with full recommendations made.

Jemma followed up quickly after my quote to provide me with the surveyor’s earliest availabilities and an example report. RC’s quote was one of the more affordable ones, and it’s the most available.

The surveyor, Nitin, was thorough in the survey and provided me a detail report with actionable advice for me and my solicitor. The 1:1 consultation with Nitin was also helpful, where he provided me estimates for some repairs.

We initially spoke with Carol after receiving a quote for a level two survey through a comparison site. Carol was really informative and we had our survey completed within the same week of booking! We had our survey conducted by Nitin on the Friday and received our full report by Sunday. All in all from booking to report production it took 6 days!
Our level two house survey was really in-depth and they made sure that every corner of the house was covered and any issues were explained. Being first time buyers we weren’t too sure on a few points which were raised on our full report so we emailed Carol to book in a one-to-one consultation with Nitin (which is a complimentary service, winner!!) where we could speak further about the issues in the report.
Carol booked in a convenient time for us in the evening as we both work full time and Nitin spoke with us for an hour and explained every point of the report which was really helpful and afterwards he gave us his list of referrals for reputable companies is we ever needed extra work done in the future.
All in all this company has been amazing from start to finish and we will definitely be using them in the future for any of our housing needs that being house surveys , house planning research / applications etc. The team have been incredibly helpful and flexible with our requirements and we could not of wished for a better service also a great benefit being the competitive price!
I definitely recommend if you’re a first time buyer, these guys are professional yet friendly and extremely informative.
