Sent meals I can't eat and food am allergic to. They are not only eager to send food people do not want the quality of the food is poor. Grisly chicken....yuk... one meal went straight into the bin. I have now rcvd prawns....I'm allergic to!!! And pasta which I can't stand. What total con. It seems they want to get rid of meals that obs don't sell

RNS is the best. Fresh, healthy and quick meals, the options you get are fantastic and the food is great. Helping a tonne with weight loss and it’s just so easy, 3 minutes and it’s ready.

Really wholesome and healthy food without sacrificing taste, and with a very reasonable price. Great variety of dishes as well so never gets boring. On top of that they have great customer service that makes me want to keep using their service!

We have been receiving meals from RNS for the past 2 weeks and they have been absolutely brilliant! They are packed full of flavour and the changing menu really helps me stick to eating healthy. I can't pick a favourite meal because they have honestly all been so tasty. The meals have made dinner time so much more enjoyable for my husband (vegetarian) and I (meat-eater). I can't get over how succulent every piece of chicken is. Thank you RNS Meals!

I received my RNS meals, tried the Peri Peri chicken one last night and it tasted absolutely delicious!! 🤤 Prior to yourselves I tried another meal prep company but their food was very bland and the portion of vegetables and carbs was not great! So I’m a very happy customer and look forward to ordering with you more often! Perfect for my gym goals and routine! 💪

It does not send reminders that you need to choose your meals. Very difficult to cancel subscription.

Not really sure where to start. The website and social media marketing blast gluten free all over. But they are not gluten free.

I had a very dry chicken meal and one of the advertised gluten free breakfast oat meals. I have coeliacs and sadly am pretty sensitive, I noticed severe bloating and the skin on the top of my mouth coming off. Realising I had been glutened I contacted through instagram.

First response was an offer of 25% off and my message ignored. When I messaged again they agreed the meals were not gluten free as advertised and refunded the oats meals only.

Their response was horrendous on social media. They said we are the marketing team we won't comment on the damage eating gluten does to someone with severe coeliacs.

Two days later (yes guys I lost two days of work) I can only review the dry chicken meal, the stodgy oats and the customer service but if I could give no stars I really would.

I have now sent the meals to the food standards agency along with your gluten free advertising. i hope they stop you hurting the next customer.

Week 1 of RNS meals complete and I am hooked! Week 2 on order! Really enjoying the variety. Love how there are different meals available each week!
I found the portion sizes of some of the meals slightly too small, but have ordered larger meals next week, so problem solved!
Favourite so far has been the sticky BBQ chicken!
Can't wait for next week's already!

I first heard about Rice n Spice 4 years ago and honestly, after finally ordering my first set I feel 4 years younger! There's so much to love about this brand from the great tasting food to their contagiously smiley Instagram account. I saved so much time cooking and cleaning over the last week that I can't understand why I never opted in sooner. The order process and delivery were so seamless and easy, plus being able to freeze and oven cook these meals is a huge advantage for my meal prep. Can't wait for my next order!

The food is ok, some of the meals are quite nice whereas others are awful. It's a bit of a hit and miss. It's very expensive and they do not make it easy to cancel and when you do contact them saying you want to cancel, they keep asking if you are sure and try to get you to stay on the plan which is a bit annoying when you clearly decided not to. Would not recommend.

Really well made, tasty and healthy meals! Perfect for living alone and not having the time to cook:) The family business is so friendly and the deliveries are always on time!

Been using RNS on and off for years now, it’s so convenient and deliveries are always on time.

As I’m sure with many other people, my circumstances change from time to time. If I’m struggling with my diet / don’t have the time to cook - RNS are always there!

I have been travelling around a lot recently, working away Ect. So I stopped using RNS as it wasn’t practical. However now I’m back home, and with Xmas on the horizon + a new year coming up, staying on track and making good food choices is key.

Last week I decided to get back in control of my diet, and with a few clicks of a button, I’ve had 15 delicious meals dropped to my doorstep. It’s honestly game changing. Especially if your someone like myself, that rarely finds time to cook something healthy and nutritious.

There app is so simple to use, and the lads are always so quick to respond to any questions I may have.

Honestly can’t recommend this service enough - try it yourself & you won’t regret it !

Healthy, filling and delicious meals! And they keep changing the menu so you never tire of the recipes. Great solution for busy weeks! Would love it if they could provide reusable packaging.

After a year of lockdown eating our diet got really out of hand! We were constantly on the search for flavour and convenience but also wanted to keep it healthy! It was impossible! Until we found RNS!

We've now been having RNS meals for the last 4 weeks. At first we were so skeptical! Being Asian flavour spice and textures are so important to us as we are true foodies! With RNS we aren't missing out on anything the flavour and textures are amazing!! And it's all HALAL! Win!

At first we had some teething issues but it's all been rectified now and we appreciate the service! We absolutely love the Lamb Koftas, BBQ chicken and Schwarma! Could literally live on these for life! Can't wait to be able to have them on the menu as a staple! Looking forward to how the company keeps evolving as they've done well so far! As a fitness fanatic who is super busy, I don’t get always time to meal prep. I’ve tried other ready made meals before but honestly they get so boring because it’s always the same meals over and over. I came across rns meals a few months ago on Instagram and reached out to the team to confirm that their meals were halal and they were (big winner here!) and the best thing is they change their meals up every week and always introduce delicious new ones. Probably the best halal ready made meals around and their customer service is excellent! Highly recommend rns meals!
