Caitlin from lettings is the most professional, organised and respectful agent I have ever worked with. She does her job diligintly and always informs me of the outcome.

From start to finish the staff from Robb were very professional, knowledgeable and experts in their field. They kept us informed throughout every step of the process. Our agent Carolyn could not have been a better fit for us while selling our house. We had a few hiccups along the way through no fault of Robb, but Carolyn dealt with them all in her calm and courteous manner. The first thing that made the difference for me is that Rachel called me! I had tried to plan viewing of several houses, but being abroad was very difficult, as I kept receiving only automatic replies and forms to fill in with lots of questions, to then end up having my request rejected. Robb residential just called, I could explain my situation and Rachel took her time to explain the house market and how fast viewing had to be booked. I had to book a flight only for that specific viewing, and they arranged everything very quickly with the landlord; any time after, when I sent an e-mail, I got a reply within the same day or within 24h.
For me coming from outside the UK, they were very patient and answered all my questions. A very professional team.
