We recently sold property through Robb Residential and would highly recommend them - a highly professional service. Carolyn was attentive, helpful & informative throughout and we were delighted with the outcome.

Sadly had a very bad experience. Please don’t use this agency. There are some wonderful people who work there eg Nicole but overall a very nasty culture and some robotic salespeople. Would never use them ever again to sell a house. It’s just about how much money they can make from you & not about good quality customer service.

Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty

When purchasing an estate with the Robb company was assisting me and my partner we have very bad experience not good costing me a lot of money now they where cheating me with lots of extra costs then deal collapsed there fault and no compensations I write and call shrugged me off not admitting they are problem

Been waiting for call back and information before Xmas for a house , now found out house is sold , total unprofessional business or potentially scammers , who knows ?

Absolutely the worst letting agency I have ever dealt with. They are either completely incompetent, just don't care or a combination of the two. They need constant chasing and fail to follow up with any needs of the flat, including serious issues like electrical repairs.
It does not matter how many times you enquire about having work done, they simply refuse to do their jobs. Avoid them at all costs.

Avoid at any cost
Rented a flat from May to the end of August in central Edinburgh.
The flat was moth infested and all the furniture damaged, there was black mold in the bathroom and the fridge door did not close.
The agents were completely useless, they did not arrange for the fridge to be repaired even after many emails and phone calls, and at check out they claim that something has been stolen from the flat for a value of £240.
To let me on the flat contract at the beginning they required an extraordinary amount of information, and pushed for a paid documentation check (£80).
Strange how the amount they try to cream off each tenant always seems to be £80... we were three tenants sharing so £80*3=240... the value of things they claim are missing from the flat...
Chancers, unprofessional and the worst estate agent I ever dealt with in my life.
