Friendly helpful staff who were quick to react and kept in touch with me. They were prepared to advise me in a sensible and realistic way in order to achieve the best outcome. Fees and charges were higher than some potential competitors but Robb Residential achieved a quick sale for me at a good price and so I am happy.

Robb Residential have provided outstanding service during our tenancy, all staff we interacted with were professional and attentive, and we were treated with respect. Namely, Sarah, Alan and Laura always helped with any issues and made us feel that we were valued tenants, keeping us informed of anything happening (which as a student tenant can be difficult to find, especially hearing first hand from friends with other letting agencies). I will definitely keep them in mind as first choice when dealing with future housing, and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell a property!

Well, where do I start, Iain Robb is an old school friend (loosely) I had his company sell a house for me back in the 80’s which went smoothly. My experience with his company in letting out a property has been horrendous. Tenant didn’t pay rent for nearly a year, Robb didn’t know after 2 missed months they could apply for direct payments from gov agency, i had to show them where form was on line. There was a leak back in October and a ceiling fell in, 6 months later I’m having to arrange fixing myself & to really top it off, the garden had never been looked after by the tenant, when the tenant left I spent nearly £2000 on getting the garden back in order (years of neglect) thought I’d get security deposit back to help pay for this, no Robb hung onto it as they had not had their management fee when the tenant was in arrears and not paying their rent.
Avoid at all costs for managing a property!

Our property was sold in under 2 weeks for considerably more than asking price. This was not good luck it was a direct result of an extremely efficient service with very regular contact, effective and speedy marketing and very professional employees.
I would not hesitate to use Robb again.

As a buyer the communication was excellent from viewing to key collection. Particularly appreciate the service from Nicole who was fabulous.
