Cat backpack
Just purchased my second cat backpack from this company the lady I deal with is absolutely lovely, friendly, polite and so helpful and prices are very reasonable The bag I have just received was a special order and the lady went the extra mile to obtain for me it is beautiful such a quality item and when arrived delivery was next day I cannot thank this lady enough and for the excellent service she provides I definitely recommend this company

Outstanding customer service
I purchased the Princess - Ragdoll Interactive Robotic Companion Pet in June 24, it no longer charges so it’s now just an expensive stuffed toy, I contacted the seller to help solve the problem as yet had no response
The response was very quick for some reason I missed the first email, apologies!
I was asked to return the princess cat for inspection, as it turns out I was unknowingly using the incorrect cable which has done some damage, Deborah has been extremely helpful and has offered to replace it for me which is incredibly generous under the circumstances. I can highly recommend this company for their first class customer service.

We have had a look at your Order and can see that you purchased the Princess 8 months ago, in June 2024. We have previously emailed you, and perhaps our email went to your spam folder? We will email again to help resolve this for you.
Bought a golden puppy 11 months ago…
Bought a golden puppy 11 months ago February 2024. Now it only works intermittently and has done for a while but my Mum is so attached to it she is distraught without it. At the time of purchase there were good reviews on here. Unable to submit contact form like others and no reply from mobile number which says NHS only.

Dear Customer, sorry to hear that your robotic pet isn't working as it should. We still have good reviews - please check out our website from our lovely customers. We have checked the contact form and it is working, so you shouldn't have any problems. Our customers do contact us regularly for advice when purchasing a pet, and no one has reported a problem. Also, our contact number is always answered, and there is no message saying anything about NHS as we don't have an answer phone because our phone is always answered. Robopets

Dear Customer, I am sorry that you have not received your Order yet as all our Orders are dispatched same day for next day delivery. Could it be that the courier has tried to deliver and you weren't in? It is always best to contact us directly so that we can help with your enquiry. We are a genuine company, and known as the largest supplier of robotic pets in the UK, to both direct customers and also the NHS.

Works intermittently, you can’t submit the online contact form and the staff don’t reply to your emails.

Great price, fantastic service in time for Christmas…
Ordered one “Purrble” for my son 5yrs old and was so amazing, we had to order another, for our daughter who is 9yrs old… they both loved them from the start, the Purrble comes in a very clever box and from the first touch they fell in love… My son from day one has completely calmed down and it’s made him so much more relaxed.
We couldn’t have a real pet, but this is the next best thing! and if you are looking for that special soft toy/companion for you’re little ones…. my wife and myself can’t recommend enough… great fidgets in ears and feet…
