This took way longer than it should have. The lack of communication and having to call up multiple times to ask what I needed to do or if they needed anything. Having to provide a lean document twice.. and didn’t even know until 2 or 3 weeks later. Left in the dark for over a week just to find that out when it wasn’t even uploaded on my rocket mortgage account.. I had to keep calling to make sure we were on track and what was the next step. So disappointed how this was handled…

Everything was absolute wonderful till we was suppose to get our credit card pay off checks, they misspelled the address on it and thank goodness the person it did go to we knew.

My experience was, it was fast. It was informative. It was always up-to-date and any question I had was answered for me and all the people that I talk to were pleasant to work with !

The closing call was great. It went fast and real easy to follow. Good experience will recommend.

Being able to close online, review and sign all the documents before closing made the entire process easier.

I was very frustrated that it took so long to get final numbers. Otherwise it would have been a perfect experience. Pam, my signing agent, was phenomenal!

Information was provided in a very organized and understandable way. Any questions I may have had were answered in detail. The whole process was very efficient giving me confidence in my decision.

Everything went very smoothly until it came to closing online. For the verification of my husband, he wasn’t on the loan and he didn’t have to enhance drivers license. That pushed it back a day and we had to sign in person because we couldn’t verify his ID. Otherwise very fast and we closed just like Rocket said we would.
