The person that prepared our documents was rude and did not help in any manner. When purchasing a home not everyone knows the ins and outs of the process. I asked questions and was told to refer to my attorney that I did not have. We didn’t use attorneys for this process. She didn’t even try to put me in a direction of someone who could explain the documents I was being rushed to sign. I would definitely say next time I hope to not use rocket mortgage or have someone more knowledgeable to assist the process.

The closing was rather chaotic. Closer had another appointment scheduled right after ours. Closer left the meeting without giving buyer (us) a copy of paperwork.

Property tax proration done incorrectly for Montgomery County, Oh…. With refusal to correct in response to my complaint… costing me $700 more than what should have been.

I have signed all the closing documents and was told my check would be here Friday and I still have not received it. I have left call to Derek Stockel and no return callDerek Stockel told me my rate was going to be 8
05 and I am paying 8.65. The request for documents was a disaster, he kept asking me for documents peace meal instead of a list which really delayed the process. Other lenders have advertised money in a week with 7.63 rate with my credit score, Fifth Third Bank. I would never recommend Rocket mortgage to any one. You lied to me to many times.

The young lady heather was excellent. We were very pleased with her.
