Poor Experience
A very poor experience from this company. I placed an order on October 20. Received shipping details on November 1, however, the order has still not arrived. Emailed to ask for more accurate tracking information as I received no updates, and this was supposed to be a gift (I have checked my spam folder - nothing). Unfortunately, still no reply and still no order. I would not recommend this website.

Sure, everyone is entitled to their opinion but the fabric in our shirts is high thread count, soft, and durable. The shirts you purchased are among our most popular. The experts say don't judge the shirt by how thick it is, but by how comfortable, durable, and soft it is! The thick hard shirt blanks are usually much cheaper than our shirts. Just sayin' 🤘

Slow to start, but gets better.
Received the wrong product and customer service was a little slow getting back to me. However, they offered to let me keep the wrong product and either a refund or store credit. I was impressed by the offer of a refund, because with a lot of online merchants they won’t offer that.

I ordered the Pink Floyd Wish You Were…
I ordered the Pink Floyd Wish You Were Here t-shirt. I was concerned about the print quality when I ordered. It came pretty quick. The quality was excellent. The print was sharp and in register. I worked in the Screen Printing industry for many years so I know what good quality should look like. I love the shirt! Thanks for having a good eye for quality.

I ordered 2 T-shirts worried
I ordered 2 T-shirts on November 3rd. They haven't arrived yet. It November 12th. It said to track the package on ship. I couldn't load the app. I texted the email several times. No response. I called on the phone after 7 minutes no answer. So I am a little worried. I saw good reviews and bad ones. I try again to call on a week day.

I have purchased for a couple of years now. I have bought like 15 rock T-shirts. There was ONE problem where the shirt shipped was the wrong size. I showed what happened and they quickly offered: A. refund, or B. Store credit. I requested the correct shirt in the correct size. It showed up about a week later. Now THAT'S customer service.
