High-quality product, very good customer support

Great product, price and fadt delivery

We place orders with your company and nothing gets shipped out that day even though we pay anywhere from $850 to $2800 for next day or 2nd day shipping. Then we expect the product to ship the next day and that doesn't happen either. It is also very hard to get anyone on the phone and if we do, they don't really want to talk to us and they state that it may take a few days to get our order shipped.

I ordered 3 products and delivery the next day and UPS delivered 2 boxes the next day and one came the next day and the delivery was very expensive

Great products and decent customer service. The products are top quality but I had a lot of problems with their online catalog and titles/sizes not matching the descriptions within them. Plus inventories are not accurate. I got an email notification from their customer service rep indicating that they were out of stock on an item that was clear that they had stock at the time of order. A bit of hassle.

If you call their customer service number directly, no one will ever pickup and they want you to leave a message or email them. Seems at odds of providing of phone number and asking people to call them.

I was able to bypass that and get to the inventory management person and she was very helpful and responsive, so kudos' there. I'm very happy with what I got but the buying experience lacked that credibility that might prevent me from buying there again.

Fast! Rapid turnaround.

The product is great!
But communication is not.
It takes weeks to get a response for some reason and the phone system is worthless over there.
