Your website said there was adequate stock of the item I ordered. Shortly after I placed my order, email said "back order". I waited over 2 weeks.

Prompt shipping!
Order taking and contacting the sales department went fine. Only difficulty was no way to communicate with the shipping department by phone. I used the email, but it wasn’t a responded to. I did receive shipping notification to set my mind at ease a couple hours later.

Great value kit. Comes with everything
Kit really came with everything I needed. I was able to do a test wet layup the day after it arrived. Plenty of material to do several parts and more than enough epoxy. Probably enough for 2-3 times as much fabric as the kit comes with. Really good starter kit. Have a scale or your own measuring cups to ratio the mixture though, the ones that come with the kit don’t have markings.

Thank you for submitting a review, as this helps us better our processes to meet our customer's needs and standards of satisfaction. While we did not meet your expectations, I see that you placed an order on 02/15/25 and requested to cancel, which was done on 02/17/25. You then placed an order on 03/14/25, and since Rock West Composites works a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, the new order was not received until the following Monday. Unfortunately, some of the items you ordered were out-of-stock; at this point, an email was provided on 03/18 with a ship date of 04/05, which was a Saturday and should have been listed as 04/07. You provided an address change, and we shipped accordingly, having your order arrive no later than Wednesday, April 9th. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. With future orders, please reach out to orderstatus@rockwestcomposites.com to ask for the availability of the product before placing your order.
