After reviewing your order, I found that the product you ordered is "sold by the foot" and states both on our website and in your order confirmation. I would be happy to create a shopping cart for future orders. A "customize button" also allows you to enter the required quantity and length. Communication and on time delivery
Communication and on time delivery, I place an order on 12/13/24 and I still don't have it. It took me calling and emails several times to find out why I hadn't received the poles yet. Try to track the shipment and the number I get isn't the correct number. My costumer is wanting to pull the order and I was told i would have them this week, but I have not received them yet.

Customer service second to none!
I requested an RMA to return an item which had been ordered in error. The email requesting the RMA was inadvertently overlooked and the return request was not sent. However, when their error was discovered, I was immediately contacted by a very pleasant and helpful customer support representative who set about recovering what could have been an unfortunate service event. A return was authorized and I was assisted in placing a new order for the correct product. I can highly recommend Rock West Composites and will order from them again in the future. Top notch customer service!

Quick Shipment and Delivery with Everything Done Well
Would like to have been able to talk to a representative before placing my order, but the phone system seemed to be having a bad day.
