Due to the time taken to exchange an order, I had to re-order and pay for a second suit for my fathers funeral and look to send the original one back at a later date. I’ve had a few things to deal with and am outside of the 30 days returns window. Clearly the company can see exactly what happened as I ordered the same suit, one size different within days of each other. They have decided to send the second suit back to me with no refund. I’m now stuck with a second suit that doesn’t fit. Shocking company - think very carefully before you buy as the customer service and experience is very poor.

My order was sorted extremely efficiently. The product was lovely and good value (boys black suit) which was for a funeral and was needed urgently. I would totally recommend Roco and trust in them for future orders - thank you so much.

Bought 2 suits and 2 pairs of brogues for my wedding back in May. The suits came with everything you need and I was actually stunned by the quality! The lining of the suit jackets was just gorgeous and my Son & Godson looked so smart! The brogues were solidly made, did not overly crease although the kids were running around all day and they looked fantastic too. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I bought a suit for my son but had to return it due to it not been the rght fit. I returned it in its complete packaging and all its labels. Roco Clothing refused to issue me refund because the label was cut off from the jacket even though this label was returned with the outfit.
What a sham company when it comes to refund. Avoid at all cost.

I was a bit unsure of purchasing after reading reviews but the service I got was 5 stars. Ordered beautiful bridesmaid dresses that came in suit bags looked great, fantastic material. Need to send some bits back refund was processed quickly. Would def recommend

My son looked sharp in this suite by Roco clothing at his leavers prom. The suite fit perfectly and it arrived at the time allotted.

I cannot thank Emma and the team at Roco enough. I ordered 2 different size waistcoat suits for my sons prom, we tried everything on and I packaged the one to return back in the suit bag it came with. I asked my partner to pop in the plastic bag and return at post office and gave him the label. It wasn't until later that day I realised he had sent the wrong one back! By the time I realised the post office was closed until the Monday morning, I was there when they opened but the parcel had gone. I tried to order again but everything was out of stock online.. I emailed Roco and explained what had happened and they were amazing. They made sure my parcel was sent straight back out to me as soon as they got it. I was so grateful for their help and would definitely use again and recommend to my friends for future .I now have a very smart, happy son looking forward to his prom.

I purchased my sons communion outfit and shoes with this store via Amazon, in the first instance I was told parcel was delivered but I Never received it they sent another parcel out the items didn’t fit which I know is not there fault so I returned them in the one parcel the exact same way I received the parcel together waited more than a week for a refund and only the suit has been refunded this is theft and I would avoid this store at all costs AVOID AVOID AVOID GREEDY COMPANY

I ordered an Ivory slim tuxedo for my tall skinny sons prom. Ordering was easy and the sizing is spot on. The order was despatched so quickly and arrived within 3 days I think. The suit is beautiful, better than I had ever imagined. Beautiful fitting, especially for a slim body, and the finishing touches are just fab. I was so delighted with this purchase. My son loved it and felt like James Bond! He’s had lots of compliments. I’d definitely recommend the suit and the company. Joanne

As your loyal customer, you know how to make a customer happy. I bought 3 pieces of waistcoat set for my 3 boys for a family wedding. The size is true or UK standard size, the design is unique and the quality is good.

The main reason I always buy from your shop is the price. The price is reasonable. But the only problem with your shop is out of stock.

The delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and it was delivered on time as scheduled.

Really dissapointed in Roco clothing I bought two beautiful bridemaids dressed last year £59 each for my daughter and niece and due covid we had to postpone our wedding from sept to june. So I emailed their office to see if I could change one of the dresses for one size up just a swap, but because I was out of the 28 days they refused. I felt so dissapointed as it was beyond my control to change the date of my wedding, I feel they could have honoured this request during this pandemic but now I just feel like this is a greedy company I'm refusing to give any more money too, I now need 2 boys suits so I won't be going back to them to buy them!
