Genuinely couldn't ask for a better service from a retailer. Ordered 2 suits for my kids, one fit perfectly and the other slightly too big. Followed the instructions for an exchanged and approx 10 days later we had a smaller suit. Won't hesitate to use again.

I ordered my 11yr old a suit from here for a wedding as I haven’t been able to buy a suit anywhere else. The suit arrived today and I am absolutely blown away at how perfect it is! It even arrives in a suit bag! Thank you so much. I will definitely be buying again and recommending you to others 😊

We need Roco Clothing in the USA! What a great company with beatiful, top-notch clothing! While we had a concern with one of our purchases, Charlotte in customer service saved the day. She provided a multitude of options, speedy help, and kindness. Every company needs a Charlotte!

Received my sons suit yesterday only took 2 days from ordering for it to be delivered first off all that’s amazing service!!! Some of the negative reviews I see on here yes that’s your honest review but seen some about quality!! Well the suit quality is fantastic my son was over the moon with his. Fitting wise he’s tall and very slim, he’s 11 years but I brought him 13 years as I went with measurement chart 12 years would have been to small but 13 years was slightly long but with only 12 weeks till my wedding it should fit him perfectly all over! Can’t see on here where I would post a photo but if I could I would. But over all service absolutely amazing!! Would recommend this company to friends and family 1000%! Thanks again Roco 🙏

I ordered a couple of coats ("velvet coat") already not expecting much of a great quality.
They still looked so nice on the photos and since I wanted to use them as bathrobes/morning robes I was willing to take the risk of them not being great. And: even if there were negatives reviews on trustpilot, they mostly weren't about the quality being bad.

Let me tell you: it's staight up trash.
The quality is horrendous. And one of them even had stains on them. Disgusting.

At least the package arrived kind of fast? 😬

Ordered a suit for my ten year old son for attending a wedding. The suit arrived really quickly and it came in a suit bag.

It’s a gorgeous suit and it fits him perfectly, the option of being able to tighten the waist is a bonus.

The quality of the suit is brilliant. I will definitely be using Roco for any other suits I will need for my son.

Suits arrived. Great quality and really happy with the suit however one was slightly too big for my other son.
Followed the online returns procedure and used Rocco’s return portal and returns label.
Royal Mail collected from my door and I have tracked the collection which shows this has been received.
Rocco first admitted they received my return and an exchange will be sent in 3-5 working days. I chased this up and now Rocco are saying they didn’t receive my collection and are taking no responsibility even though it has been delivered to them.
Absolutely heartbroken my son won’t have a suit for my wedding this weekend. One of my boys has one and the one walking me down the aisle doesn’t.
I wish I read the reviews on them before I purchased the suits.

Got my little girls flower dress and shoes from this store and the dress and shoes are perfectly fitted and absolutely beautiful would highly recommend and very quick delivery. Presentation also was perfect dress came in dress dust bag and shoes came in a lovely shoe box

The items that I have received are really good quality, and the service is excellent received my items within 4 days & that was over the Christmas period which is a busy time love love love my items

I bought clothing for my daughters and returned it using the returns label provided. Sizes were incorrect. The company now claims it doesn't provide a returns label and despite my attempts refuses to refund saying it has not received the return. I have the post office recorded delivery. Which Roco now claims isn't their address. Complete scam.

I ordered 3 pairs of flower girl shoes from Roco Clothing that we’re absolutely gorgeous just the wrong size. Charlotte was an absolute pleasure to deal with she made it so easy to return the shoes for a smaller size even as a Republic of Ireland customer. She went out of her way to recommended a similar style in a smaller size when the original style didn’t fit one of the younger flower girls. Thanks for completing our flower girl outfits 💕

Was struggling to find a suit in stores for my son so ordered 3 suits from Roco Clothing will the intention of returning 2. I was aware that refunds would take up to 15 working days as it was clearly stated on their website. My son was over the moon with the suit I kept and refund was processed for the other two that I returned about 12 working days later. I appreciate how challenging it has been for online retailers during Covid and post Brexit and I liked the fact that Roco Clothing are upfront about their returns policy. Will definitely shop here again.

Rip off merchants would not except returns when they said they would. when we purchased suits they said that we could return them as long as all tickets were not removed. we had to wedding (Covid) we did not want a refund just a bigger size now but they refused. Please don't make the same mistake as us.

Ordered a suit for my son. He is a tall skinny 10 year old. The trousers were VERY skinny and the jacket and shirt oversized. Sent it back for a refund. Refund process is awful. Ive never had to wait a month for my money back. In the end I opened a dispute via paypal and my money was refunded through paypal who decided in my favour. Would not recommend or order from them again.

Order number 300006070, terrible return process, now over 10 days awaiting refund, you can only use the lack of staff due to Covid for so long!! Royal Mail have confirmed deliver back to Roco clothing 02/09/21 now the 15/09/21 and still no refund!!

I recently bought a suit here for my son for his communion,Firstly the order only took 4/5 days from uk to Ireland secondly there customer service is excellent and really helpful so I can’t recommend Roco Clothing enough,Excellent service and great quality suits.Great value for Money, I’ll definitely buy again thanks guys.
