This is a scam. The items I was delivered were very different in terms of quality than what was pictured on the website. Like completely different. I bought a heart shaped mirror for $24 and was expecting it to be high quality. I am sorely disappointed with how cheaply made it was. I could have bought it for $1.25 at the dollar store.

Scam!!!! Do Not Buy!!!!
Scam!!!!! This company shipped me some cheap products off Alibaba - there was even a Chinese receipt in the package!? If i could give it NO STARS I would! After I searched the product s I bought from them online I discovered that all of their products are being drop shipped from other sites at a mark up. Do not recommend!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE DON’T BUY
This is website is a scam. They scam people by putting pictures that are way different then the real product. Especially about the bedding set my experience is very bad it came with very thin material I washed it and it was very ripped and bad quality. And they said they will give me a gift and I did not receive the gift. We tried putting a review on the website and it did not appear probably because they don’t want to put any bad reviews on there website that’s why there scammers. Even the pillow cases are way to small. Please do not buy from this website. Also be aware that all the reviews are probably fake.

Roomtery customer service has exceeded my expectations. I was accidentally sent the wrong color of a mirror I ordered. I contacted customer service via email and was assisted by Mark. He was able to quickly verify that I was indeed sent the wrong color and is sending me the corrected order and not requiring me to send back the inaccurate order (one less errand to run!) I was surprised and grateful for the promptness and understanding.

They really have the cutest items in stock. I literally want all of them! Bought few posters and pastel lamp for my room and they are just exceptional. Thank you roomtery! Will definitely order more!!

Came across Roomtery on Pinterest
Came across Roomtery on Pinterest and thought wow what a cool company until I got on TikTok and found out that the products I bought from them weren't actually FROM them ! Everything they post is from other creators and all of their products can found on other websites for less. Would never buy from them again.
