Best Place for String in a Tin
Rope Source is the only place I could find online with proper cotton string in a tin - rather than garden twine. The tin is just such a good way to store and use the string. It was easy to order and it arrived promptly.

The web site was having a bit a problem day when I tried to place my order so telephoned, spoke to Debbie who was very helpful and friendly, sorted everything out and I received my order two days later (I had missed the order cut off for that day).

Basically your website is terrible. I then received multiple emails saying I had left items in my cart, this was after I had made my purchase. Then advised the ropes would have to be made and minutes later told my order had been dispatched. My order did arrive but oh my pull your socks up and get it all fixed.

Hi Im sorry about this. The website has just bee revamped so there may be some teething issues. I will get it looked in to. As regards your order, many f our items need to be made in house when not in stock. I think you must have been told it wasn't in stock, then they found some and sent it. So sorry about that.
