I had a query and this was answered very quickly and efficiently by Teresa.
Overall a good site, very happy with free spins on games etc.
Only withdrawing seems to take longer than other sites.
Apart from that, very happy to use Rosy Bingo.

So pleased that Teresa was efficient when assisting you, she really is an asset to our company. It is great that you are happy with the Free Spins that you have been receiving.
We apologise if you find that our Withdrawing Process may seem to take a little longer, however, we are continuously reviewing certain procedures with the aim of improving. Thank you.

Hi Irene,
Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback — we really appreciate it!
I completely understand why it might feel surprising to see the same username winning frequently. I can assure you that all our games are fair, random, and audited, and danboy is definitely not an employee. Sometimes luck just seems to favor the same player for a while, but everyone has an equal chance of winning each round.
That said, your comment is valuable, and we’re always looking for ways to make the experience feel as fun and fair as possible for everyone. If you ever have questions or want us to take a closer look at anything, we’re always here to help.
Thanks again for playing with us, and best of luck in your future games!
Best regards,

Usual con
Usual con. Same 3 winners win every game.
You may win, but only once you have deposited enough for them.
Jackpots are very small too.
Only use legit betting sites, not these small pop up ones like this and Costa bingo as they are all the same company

Hello Stephen.
We are very sorry to hear that you have not had a positive experience. We find it upsetting when Players are unhappy.
Like all reputable and licensed operators, our games are completely random, and we have no influence on their outcomes. Their randomness is reviewed by an accredited independent party to ensure that they are both random and fair.
Kindly note that we are quite proud of our Jackpots and the amounts, we are indeed a legit Site that abides by regulation. Should you wish to discuss your experience further, please feel free to reach out to our Friendly Customer Support Team, who are available 24/7 either by Live Chat or Email. Thank you.
Kind regards
