NOT GREAT EXPERIENCE WE HAD DELIVERED 2 BEDSIDE CABINETS AND A DRESSER BUT BECAUSE WE HADN'T STIPULATED IF WAS GOING INTO A BEDROOM ON FIRST FLOOR THE TWO PEOPLE IN VAN REFUSED TO TAKE UP THE STAIRS. DESPITE OFFERING TO PAY THEY INSISTED THEY COULDN'T TAKE THE ITEM UPSTAIRS AS WE HADN'T STIPULATED HWEN WE ORDERED? LUCKILY WE HAD WORKERS IN THE HOUSE WHO OFFEED TO CARRY THE ITEMS UPSTAIRS.

Polite and communicated arrival time so I could plan my day.

The company was due to make a delivery to me today and, after chasing, I have been told that the delivery will NOT be made because of a "loading error"

I understand that the company which supplied my product will not usse Route 1 anymore due to NUMEROUS issues.

Be very careful when choosing this company to deliver for you

The delivery was perfect; they kept me informed about the arrival time. Arrived without needing extra guidance and very efficiently moved my new my Rangemaster cooker inside to exactly where I needed it. The men were very polite and even admired the ramp I’d made to ease getting it over the door step! Great service.

Very nice lads, going the extra mile to insure the cooker reached its final destination unscathed in spite of the hurdles along the way.

We were kept up to date about the delivery time and the 2 staff arrived exactly in the time frame we were given. They worked out the best route into the house with the ( heavy and bulky) range cooker and with care, caution and great effort got it into the kitchen. A credit to the company

An excellent delivery of a heavy range cooker. Great comms - the driver telephoned an hour before delivery and they arrived exactly on time. Item was placed in our kitchen and unwrapped for us to confirm all was well. So 100% happy.

Absolutely appalling delivered a 130kg box and left it by the side of the house refusing to put it by the back gate just 15 ft away saying kerbside delivery. Really!!!! Told me to unpack it and move it myself. Rudest delivery drivers I’ve met. Said I was lucky it was next to the house. I live in a pedestrian only area and they said they could have left it by the road

Had a wardrobe delivered with assembly included . Wardrobe delivered on the Friday then assembly team came on the Monday after I contacted them to query . Not aware that this would be split however guys were very good and recognised that my mother was disabled . One of the door handle knobs is a bit loose but overall happy with product . Would suggest better proactive communication going forward but would buy again .

Delivery was one hour later than advised time with no communication to advise of the delay. Two large packages were delivered, the weight of each was 75kg and 100kg. The two delivery guys struggled to lift both items which is not surprising as the HSE recommended max is 25kg per person. Overall not impressed.

Simply delivered on time and into the home in good order with regular helpful contact throughout, friendly staff.

Had emails advising of the time of arrival and on the day the delivery team arrived on time and were professional and polite.

Easy to order with options on how to pay which was good as I chose Klarna
Did have to phone a week later as no feedback at that point re delivery then was notified that day of delivery date. Was meant to be delivered on the Tues morning between 7-10am but the driver turned up at 6pm the previous evening!!
They were courteous and polite so gave 5 stars!

Very polite delivery men and punctual, with a 30 min away call.

My order consisted of a dressing table, chest of drawers, and a tall boy. The dressing table required assembly which I paid £50 for on the delivery day they were not able to put the dressing table together as apparently they don’t carry any tools. I rang the company who said it would not be the following week before anybody could come and put it together. The following week I heard nothing so I rang the company who gave me another date for the following week. When the men arrived, they told me they had come to.COLLECT the dressing table not to assemble it. They rang their company and eventually assembled it. I would not use this service again. The dressing table itself is too small. The frame on the mirrors is so wide that the mirrors are pretty useless. The tall boy and the chest of drawers are lovely.

The driver and helper were helpful and delivered the sofa bed well and efficiently. There had been a mixup with the original supplier where part of the delivery got lost in the process and this has marred my overall impression as not clear as to culpability. But final delivery was timely and good.

Unfortunately only 3 stars for you guys. You didn't deliver when you should have and that caused me quite a bit of hassle. You hadn't scanned my parcel when you received it, causing my delivery to be several days later than expected. Worse still, you denied my parcel was with you. When it was eventually delivered, your delivery guys were great. 5 stars to the delivery guys.

Delivery drivers were polite and efficient. They were most professional measuring and then completing the delivery. Colin (?) demonstrated the operation of our sofa bed twice and included safety advice.
We were very impressed with the efficiency of the delivery team.
