Just don't bother
Misleading and made to think claiming would be easy....I have to jump through more hoops than I do with my car insurance all to just get my phone screen replaced RIDICULOUS and to make things worse, you have to pay the remaining year of instalments along with the excess charge. so the long winded process isn't even rewarded with any saving on costings..I might as well pay privately (its practically the same amount being charged) and save myself all this hassle

Appaling company to deal with
Appaling company to deal with. Avoid at all costs. Would give zero stars if that was an option.
This company took my money for the 3th consequitive year to insure my washing machine and then refused my claim as I had not read thier terms and conditions. When I called this company, thier advisors including the manager were totally intransigent and hid behind "terms and conditions". As my policy was redundant, i had been paying the premuim for something which was invalid. I asked for a refund which was refused. I asked for a refund for the remainder of the policy. This was refused. I was told by the manager that the remainder of the policy could be transferred to another appliance. When I called back to do this, the arrogant adviser denied this had been said. I asked for a call back from the manager who gave me this information. This never happened. Again, please avoid this company at all costs.

I apologise that you are not happy with the outcome of your claim and we do always urge our customers to read their policy documents thoroughly before taking out a policy with us so our customers are fully aware of what is covered.

Very impressed with Row & MEDRepairs
Although the paperwork for the claim took a while to put together, once Chloe approved and processed the claim, everything went smoothly and I was impressed with her helpfulness and the excellent service from the device repair company (Jonas of MEDRepairs) who quickly repaired my phone.

I am sorry to see that you are unhappy with our service, on looking into your policy I can see that unfortunately, you requested to cancel your policy with us as per our terms and conditions that you agreed to when you set up your policy for monthly paying customers on cancelling there is no refund due to you and also you have used our services and a claim was raised and dealt with also meaning no refund is due, I do apologise that this has upset you but this is the terms that you agreed to when setting up with us.

Rubbish service from Row
Rubbish service from Row. More than a week to come out to be told that the machine was broken and would take a further 8 day to fix. This has therefore left us for more than 2 and a half week without a machine.
Would of been cheaper to off bought a new machine or paid a local person to fix than pay for insurance via row and wait for 2 and a half week for it to be fixed.

I am sorry that you have been unhappy with our services, I can see that we did book our engineer in for their soonest available date and it looks like parts were needed to complete your repair which would have taken a further 2 weeks to arrive. If parts are ever needed for a repair, our engineers would have to order these as they can not carry all parts with them at the time of the repair. This would cause further delay.
I do understand your frustration with this wait but I can see now that your repair has been completed.
