I used their 45day money back guarantee to blind test two earthing sheets on my wife and daughter with zero results.
Yes it's subjective, so try them yourself, but I personally think these do not offer any of the reported claims.
Once returned Rowland were slow at refunding and needed prompting. The refund then took a while to process.
Yes they finally refunded but it's not a quick process, and let's face it, these aren't a cheap product. Do your own blind studies.

Dear Russ, thank you for your honest feedback and we're sorry the Earthing sheet didn't work out for you this time.
Perhaps we can send you some testing equipment next time to ensure everything is set up correctly and working as it should.
Refunds are normally processed within 3 days from when the item has been received by us. We notice the refund took slightly longer than usual to be processed and we are very sorry if the return process wasn't as smooth as expected.
We completely understand that not everyone will be convinced and that is OK, however, we have seen enough evidence and received enough positive customer feedback to be great believers in the health benefits of Earthing.

There is also a 20-year body of research on Earthing including 15 studies and 3 review articles in peer-reviewed journals. Many of these studies are double-blind and use objective tests to measure the participant’s physiological response to earthing indoors using an earthing mat, electrode patches, or bedding that is grounded to the earth.
