This casino has been a GIGANTIC pain. Tried withdrawing $1000 about a week ago. A few days later after a lot of back and forth, they said I couldn’t withdraw via bitcoin and had to do a wire transfer. I told them I couldn’t because my credit union doesn’t accept international wires. So then, I went about using their “coin draw” withdrawal which is supposed to be “lightening fast”. After having to meet A LOT of criteria, such as: last bonus code must not be free chip, last deposit must be at least $100, last deposit must be via bitcoin, must have a Coinbase wallet set up, etc etc etc. I finally met the criteria and resubmitted a withdrawal request (this time for $2000). VERY Long story short, they declined it due to me not being a regular bitcoin depositor. I told them that NO WHERE does it state someone needs to be a “regular” bitcoin depositor. And they HAPPILY accepted my bitcoin PAYMENT, but won’t let me withdraw now. I am so incredibly upset and fed up with all of the back and forth and also zero communication about the process. I now have $3400 sitting there that I can not withdraw. Extremely upsetting. They are not giving me any other options for withdrawals either. They are not a good casino when it comes to payout. I've gotten the run around from the staff. One withdrawal I put in for was on the 7th and they just keep sending me in a circle of lies and I wouldn't recommend putting 50 cents in them corksuckers.

I'm a VIP player and have had issues withdrawing over a certain amount. I have a current withdrawal pending. I spoke to customer service Ronald Grant which I'm sure is a fake name. Who stated I can't withdraw via BITCOIN because I didn't deposit via BITCOIN. I've withdrawn via bitcoin before and definitely did not use it for my deposit.
He then stated I needed to cancel my withdrawal and request a new one. By doing that I would be mixing funds with my new current balance. Why would he tell me to do that. It's because they don't want to pay out.

Do not send money to this casino. They will swindle you out of your money. I won $100 and tried to cash out. I followed their t&c’s but the said I played blackjack with the winnings. Had some issues verifying my identity at first but it looks like Royal Ace had got it sorted out after checking status this am. Will be making my deposit to verify my crypto wallet later today so I can withdraw using coindraw. If you need support from them quickly I would advise coming here to reach out before emailing them as their response time here is very quick and it seems their live chat feature doesn't like to load for more users than just myself. Regardless after getting in touch with them I was able to get everything sorted out. Royal Ace is a complete scam. I completed all the requests in order to withdraw my winnings. And as soon as I went to withdraw with rightful in mind, they locked me out and stated "oops something bad happened" as you can see down below where I uploaded the screenshot. Don't ever play here.

ANSWER: If submitting the same Drivers License or Passport to every other casino online game uploads my documents perfectly fine. How the heck could i be "high risk" The point is i'm not high risk. Royal made it up to come up with some logical reason behind closing my account for no reason.
