Non paying rogue casino

I was given free spins from email marketing, from those free spins I won a small amount, but was able to beat the rediculous (almost impossible) playthrough, and claim the maximum winnings of $100.
Once I tried to withdrawal, I was prompted to make a $10 deposit by Bitcoin to verify the wallet that would get the payout.
I did this, then was prompted that it would take "up to" 1 week to process my withdrawal and "up to" 1 week after that for the $110 USD in BTC to be transferred to my wallet. 9 days later, all numbers I can find online for this casino are not in service and there is no response to the three email addresses I've come across.
What kind of casino can't pay their losses? What kind of casino takes 2 weeks to pay $100? What kind of casino can't keep the phone working?
The most pathetic excuse for a casino in the world - Royal Ace. A quick search shows that this is their way, and I should have expected to be ripped off for whatever they could get their grubby hands on.
Total owed $100 USD winnings + $10 USD "verification deposit".
Funny they keep sending me marketing emails multiple times per day, considering I still (2 weeks later) have not received one single response except for a reply to this review asking for my account info (which was promptly supplied) I think I'll do my gambling elsewhere (and I have, extensively).
How pathetic is it that they can't service their customers, reply to people on here about how they NEVER MADE A DEPOSIT (YOU SEND NO DEPOSIT BONUS OFFERS - HONOR THEM IF YOU WANT REPEAT DEPOSITORS); and only reply when they're called out in public? Its good they're sites like these, because for some reason they've gotten themselves removed from Ask Gambler's, which is pretty shady in itself.... They must have been sick of the constant influx of complaints for the same thing - Not Paying Out Winnings. You're a casino, you've got one job. Have some self respect and take some pride in how you're viewed by the public.

Casino replied here a couple times then stopped, I asked many times what documents they wanted and how to submit and got no response, then my withdrawal was denied on Oct 27, 3 weeks after requesting.

SITE TERMS SAY MUST VERIFY BY MAKING SMALL DEPOSIT NO MENTION OF DOCS!! ROGUE CASINO BEWARE!

I have completed everything in the site terms to qualify for withdrawal of my winnings, this denial constitutes gaming fraud by Royal Ace and validates the industry view that they are a rogue casino that deserves to be blacklisted.

This is a legit casino.

Hi. I submitted my withdrawal request on Oct 12 2023. I have been told 3-7 days for processing.That is a very long wait considering how they take my funds immediately. I will keep updating this review through the process. Hopefully I can conclude with a positive review.

Update- OK, I am changing my rating for this platform to 4 stars. It was exactly 3 days for my payout. It is a long wait but my experience has shown Royal ace to be reputable and I would recommend.

It's just another scam casino

It's just another scam casino, like all the Inclave casinos.

I redeemed two free chips in a row today, then I was able to cash out! Oh wait, that was a different casino that isn't a scam. At Royal Ace, if you redeem two free chips in a row, they cancel all your winnings and deny ALL future withdrawal requests.

You have been warned. It pays to read reviews before you spend money. Don't play at Inclave casinos!!! They are not regulated, there is no one to turn to if you get scammed and no one can help you get your money back.

Don't waste your time you might win…

Response: They made me deposit to get my money!!! I lost it so I should have been good for new promos sent to my email directly but I'm this case the casino's lying and didn't honor nothing they sent it's a rip!!!YOU SEE!!! They have all the proof I sent threw all there emails and over chats and wanna ask for more so they still don't have to pay almost 9 months later trust us,all off us on these platforms where here to help and avoid this casino watch as they close this case not resolved and those crooks will continue to unfairly take your hard earned money original review: Don't waste your time you might win here and there but you'll never get paid I got paid once but won multiple times and they always come up with some crazy rule where they don't have to pay even if you can prove them wrong I got videos pictures withdrawal screenshots and allot more even there site glitching out any taking a major jackpot from me keep posting all over like me to save others there money as well as time

We give a ton of free chips away but we have to set a limit, you got paid on the first withdrawal because it was your first free chip. Only one free chip is allowed between cash deposits so when you won on another one without depositing in the middle it was denied because those are the rules. SCAM

I deposited money without a bonus. My account shows fully verified yet I have been waiting almost a month for my withdrawal. It still shows as pending.. I have contacted customer care at least 10 times. First I was told they would escalate the issue to management and I would hear back on 2-3 business days (this was 2 weeks ago) then I was told they would put a ticket in and I would hear something in 24 hours yet another week has passed and still nothing. I have tried emailing as well and never get a reply! I will never play here again!!!
