Rubix Drums Opiniões

Great welcome and introduction from the owner and his staff. Enjoyed trying out some of the kits. Great selection of everything in their warehouse.

I was kept in the loop through every stage of the order and given all the information I need about the drums. Rubix also organised the delivery promptly, I can’t thank Roy and Bence enough.

Cool people, good prices, quick sales.
10/10

Although listed the item was not in stock. Got a timely call from Rubix apologising and explaining the situation. Much appreciated.

Good product dispatched quickly.
(Previous order was out of stock despite being listed on website whicj was frustrating but they were in touch about this promptly)
Would definitely order online, or visit the store, in future.

Rubix drums are the most trustworthy and efficient comnapny in the uk. Best drums and mpst honest people out there!

Great knowledgeable people who have the necessary patience and spend the time to truly understand their client's musical needs and are therefore able to offer great advice, together with top quality gear, which is often only stocked by them in the UK. Their main concern is that the customer goes away happy rather than having sold them something, which is a mark of great customer service. Highly recommended!

Great freindly company to deal with, Roy went above and beyond to get me set up with a kit on a budget.

Can't recomend them enough.

Great service, thanks. Will visit you again ASAP.

Fantastic array of everything drums and drum related.....Great place with a really good choice of modern and vintage drums.

Very professional and helpful

Every time I visit Rubix it feels good to be there. I really enjoy my visits there and all the things they have in-store are just fantastic drum gear. Can't wait for my next visit. Great staff there too.

Amazing service and quality. Needed some screws for my kit and the guys went over and above to help me.
So happy to find this place!!

Well everything about the transaction was flawless, but best of all the actual product itself(A leather bass drumbeater) sounded great!

Helpful staff, excellent service, great value!

Great shop/studio/showroom/people/service...

They were helpful, friendly, pointing out to any recommendations for me. An overall good experience.

Fantastic shop! So much amazing and interesting gear, very well stocked and in touch with what drummers need for any genre. Also a workshop in the back for refurbs, repairs etc and for creating their own products which is really cool. Will be visiting regularly...
