A brand I have trusted from the very beginning
I discovered Ruby Cup when they were among the first companies to produce menstrual cups, and I have been a loyal customer ever since. After years of happily using their cups, I finally decided to try their period underwear.
The biggest improvement over other brands I have tried is the complete absence of unpleasant odour, which has always been my main frustration elsewhere. On top of that, they are incredibly comfortable and for the first time, period underwear actually feels like underwear and not a diaper.
Delivery was also fast and smooth.

Quick delivery, love the idea of donating one. Had to return the product and the process was a bit complicated because no return label was provided. Refund happened about a week after sending it back.

At the moment, we don’t provide return labels so that you can choose the courier that suits you best, but we completely understand that this might not feel like the easiest option, and we really appreciate you sharing this feedback with us.
As for the refund, we process it as soon as the return reaches us. It usually arrives within a few days, but depending on the bank, it can sometimes take a little longer to show up.

Great concept and company, not great for my young teen
I really like the company's mission and customer service. I bought this for my daughter who has just started getting her period, and she hasn't been able to use it, even with the tutorials and my help. It is not easy for a young women just learning how her body works. It would be great if there was an invention to help make this work better. Even the cleaning part is a bit too complex as she doesn't want to attract attention at school. She is resorting to tampons and pads for now. I hope she will get the hang of the cup eventually. We will try again down the road.

I’d never tried period pants before, but these ones are so good. I’m grateful enough to be able to continue my active lifestyle when on my period, however, I still found myself full of anxiety going to workout classes incase I bled through my clothes! But, wearing these pants just took all that away, and I can now workout comfortably knowing Ruby Cup’s got me covered! ♥️

The most attractive period pants
The most attractive period pants I have. I LOVEEE the low rise pants. They’re super slim and I don’t feel like I’m wearing a nappy like my others. You can wear them in leggings without much VPL either due to the thing band so they’re good for workouts

Switching to the Ruby Cup felt like a total ritual shift—trading those crinkly, bleached disposables for something that actually respects my body! Honestly, the first couple of tries were a messy "learning curve", but once you nail that C-fold and it pops into place, it’s pure liberation. I love the firm yet velvety feel; it stays secure whether I’m upside down lol or wandering around.

Love their menstrual cup, they’re really easy to use and tbh I also love the bright colour! They’re medical grade silicone which reassures me about what I’m putting up there and the small size work great for me. I’m yet to try the period underwear but I’m sure those will be fab too. No era muy fan de las bragas menstruales hasta que probé estas por recomendación de una amiga. Me encantan!! El tejido es súper agradable, te recogen sin apretar y no se marcan. Además, se secan muy rápido y los modelos son monísimos. Las recomiendo 100%
