The rug is beautiful and fits perfectly. It came wrapped for protection and unrolled easily. I’m very happy with the look and quality.
Also you support staff and communication around this purchase were excellent.

This doormat is a perfect fit for our front porch. Looks beautiful and is so helpful. Too bad I don’t have another front door to warrant another mat!

This is our 2nd custom logo order from RugsThatFit. Previous one was 3 years ago and it still looks great. Great customer service, communication and quick delivery!! Highly recommend!

I placed my order for a custom rug and rug pad late on a Sunday night. Within minutes, I had a reply with additional questions from rugsthatfit, which I promptly answered. They invoiced me that night, and I paid the invoice. Within one week, we had the rug pad. Two weeks later, we had the custom rug. It is a thing of beauty, well represented on the website, and expertly serged. The rug was packed well (wrapped) in strong plastic, and arrived without a scratch. This has to have been one of the easiest and calming transactions for a custom product we have ever experienced. Buy with utter confidence from rugsthatfit, then buy again. These are the kind of people and businesses that earn our continued support by providing matchless services and products on a daily basis.

The buying experience was excellent. Someone answered questions quickly every time and helped with recommendations for our space. Once purchased shipping required extra effort to get it to our area and to meet our window for delivery (twice). They helped in all three instances. We just now unrolled the rug and got it placed. It is beautiful. Extremely happy with our decision!

Fantastic experience great customer service

I highly recommend this company. They are so easy to work with from the website to customer service. These are my go to gift for new homes and will continue to use them. Everyone who has received a rug from me loves!

Fabulous Experience! They helped me design the rug perfectly and it is the perfect size for our irregular front step!

Always the best customer service and the best pricing, you have my business for life!

Excellent customer service, delivered early, and fair pricing for the quality. Couldn't be happier!

The lady I spoke with when ordering was fantastic, thorough and the rug came in just perfect for the space needed. My wife was super happy. We are very pleased with the work done. Thank you!

Loved the floor mat and it fits perfectly

They made my custom rugs quickly and were very responsive the entire quoting process, and they looked great

Beautiful carpet, just what my high traffic area with dogs and grandchildren going back and forth.
Easy to vac and it will be easy to hose off in the summer.
