Arrived quickly. Looks great. Communication every step of the way was great. Seems like good quality. Time will tell but from the first couple of weeks of use, everything looks great so far.

These rugs were Christmas gits and everyone loved the finished product. They are well made, sturdy, and eye catching.

Great quality, reasonable price for custom sizing, good selection of product choices

The assistance I got from Jennifer was great. I was able to order a custom size that looks amazing and it was delivered on time. No odor for this indoor/outdoor rug which was a wonderful bonus as well. Ordered De Jeniero in Camel. Love it.

We love, love our 2 purchases and highly recommend Rugs that fit and all the personal assistance we received.

My mom moved back into the area and I found the exterior entry mats that were able to be customized. Awesome gift. Great quality. Delivery was very timely!

The customer service was awesome. I initially received the wrong item, contacted the company and a replacement was shipped. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

We ordered a custom welcome mat and are very happy with the results. They were quick to respond to emails and with providing a proof. Their turnaround time was a little longer than expected, but they worked with us to expedite the shipping and get it in time for our deadline.

Love Rugs That Fit! Great selection, great customer service and the rugs always fit!!!

Customer service was exceptional from my initial inquiry through design process. Response time was very quick, sometimes just a few minutes. They also honored my delayed shipment request to accommodate a Christmas delivery. Custom Rug was the favorite gift and one that will be used everyday of the year.

Sent replacement samples at no cost for ones which were out of stock. They mailed them quickly.

I called to verify they had the rug pad that I could find no where else on the internet except through these people. They double checked it with an expert there so I ordered. It came quickly and was exactly as expected. I’ll be buying again. It’s great to support a non-Amazon great company with great customer service and products!

The package arrived quickly, and the product appears to be very high quality. Can’t wait to give it as a gift!

Excellent customer service! The Rugs That Fit team was extremely helpful in assisting me at every step of my custom sized rug order. The rug arrived promptly and is even more beautiful than I had hoped. A true 5-star customer experience!
