Disappointed
I recently received a carpet which is not the one appeared at the site. I tried to reach them but noone replies.I tried to contact them not only by email, FB but also by phone in local number they have at their site. I am really disappointed and I wouldn't suggest this e-shop to anyone. Most probably I lost my money.

Unfortunately in order for the shipping company to be able to store as many parcels as possible in their trucks, they require that the rugs after a certain size are being folded in order to fit in their vehicles. We can always provide you with some tips on how to get rid of the folding marks, please email us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
