An excellent online purchase experience

The site was informative and easy to use and navigate with ample variety of product options. Use of Greek language a big plus. The value for money of my purchase was very good. The ordering process very easy. The delivery was prompt and as originally projected. I received my rug yesterday and it is as I had expected it! I could probably say that it is even better than expected.

Great company, great carpets

The carpets are great and look exactly as in he photos. The prices are very friendly and above all the personnel is always willing to help you with any problem that might arise.
In my case I had a problem with the delivery of the carpet from FedEx and they help me to find a solution so I can receive it Finally the carpets were sent to me by UPS.
Definitely I will buy from them again.

The carpet is really lovely

The carpet is really lovely, even more beautiful than in the photos. I remove 1 star for 2 reasons. The rug was packaged in a plain plastic periwrap and wrapped in 4 instead of the standard roll wrapping that is common, which can cause damage to the rug in transit. In addition I noticed that during packing of the carpet a metal staple had been stapled onto the carpet which has punctured it, fortunately in a non-obvious way. All in all I would say that I would order again without a doubt, it's just a shame that no attention is paid to something as simple as the packaging of these wonderful rugs

Ordered a rug but it never arrived

Ordered a rug but it never arrived. Instead, I received a completely different parcel with a different address and name. After one phone call and three emails, this is still not sorted.
