Nagy a választék, sok stílus és méret közül lehet válogatni. A leírások viszont lehetnének pontosabbak, a rendelt szőnyeg 5-5 centivel kisebb mind hosszra, mind szélességre mint a weboldalon megjelölt méret. Illetve hasznos lenne a szőnyeg hátoldaláról is fotókat közölni, mert nem erre számítottam, merevebbnek gondoltam, egy hátoldal fotóval sokkal jobban illusztrálva lett volna a valós milyenség.

The web page is very detailed, both for search options, and product description.
I love natural materials, and there is a lot of rugs made from cotton and wool.
The colours are showed very well on the pictures.
Against the bad weather, and the Christmas 'rush hours' the delivery time was not two long. ( Although I ordered 2 rugs, and still just one arived)

I love the rug, very good quality.

I got what I purchased with continuous UPS tracking about the delivery.
I am satisfied with the quality of Handloom fringes rug, this is the second one in our house. Soft walking on it, brought warmth in my room.
Rugvista / Carpetvista purchase experience was easy. Delivery was slightly slower due to christmas season, however not an issue.

The quality of the rugs are excellent! I love this online store :)

8 db szőnyeget rendeltem,a szobákba,konyhába,előszobába,és mindet imádom!!Aki jön hozzánk vendégségbe,a szőnyegeket mindenki megdicséri!Féltem attól,hogy vékonyak lesznek,de pont tökéletes mindegyik!A házunk igazi díszei lettek!

A szőnyeg tetszik, szép, szebb, mint amilyent gondoltam a kép alapján. Megijedtem, amikor megkaptuk a csomagot, látszott, hogy nagyon gyűrött. Azon tűnődtem, ki fog-e ez valaha simulni, vagy gőzöljem, vasaljam. Nem tettem semmit, vártam. Talán a padlófűtés is segített, pár hét múlva sima lett a szőnyegem.

The rugs are beautiful but I wished the company used a different delivery company. UPS in Hungary is a disater. Luckily, the RugVista customer service was nice and managed to convince UPS to deliver our package finally.

We placed an order online, but the item has been lost in transit. Since then, we have tried to contact the company multiple times, yet their support for such cases seems to be non existent.

Two emails to customer support - no reply
Calls to the support line - no answer
Calls to their representative in Hungary - no answer
Two DM's of Facebook - no response

At this point, we have neither the item nor a refund.

Where is the money we were charged, or the product we paid for?

Is purchasing from this online shop even secure? Based on our experience, it does not appear to be.

Be alert before placing an order and making payment to this company. They will take the money, but not sure you will receive the item, and quite sure you'll recieve no after-sale costumer support.

Hello everyone! I would start with the delivery, it was not as fast as many people say!!! But the delivery would be the least of it, I would rather talk about the product! For me, the carpet does not start here, with such a paper-thin material, of course, the pictures show how thick it is! I would rather call this quality and thickness a floor carpet! I was disappointed with this product, especially when there are so many carpets like this that they sell! The discount was okay, but it would have been better if there had been no discount and there would have been a better quality carpet!!! It may be going back, this is poor unfortunately! I hope they don't rewrite what I wrote and post this opinion so that others don't order unnecessarily!!!!

The rug arrived within a few days, and the delivery process was easy to track throughout. The product’s specifications fully match the description. In terms of its colours, the overall effect of this rug is nicer than in the pictures. Overall, the ordering process was a very positive experience, and I am very satisfied with the rug itself.
