Tried to reach them and work with them. Sold them my motorcycle and 8 years later the Franchise tax board locked my bank account because they never took the bike out of my name or registered it. My attorney is having me try to reach out to them, says if they don’t respond, Jackpot! Tried twice, three more times and will sue the shiznat out of these tards. Make me responsible for your registration after the sale. My business is suffering because of the locked account but there’s a plan. $$$$$$$$$$
A Real Shady Operation
Offered me a lowball price, but I took it just to sell my perfect and spotless Harley without the hassle of having people come to my house. I sent them everything they requested including bank account info for the payment, along with a bunch of other documents. After a few days they suddenly call me and give some nonsense about a clerical error concerning mileage that supposedly took place 20 YEARS AGO! Dropped their offer by $800.00! When I questioned the explanation they sent me an email supposedly documenting their "discovery" which was so faded you couldn't read it even with the photo enlarged or printed out. Ripoff. Don't waste your time.
Offered a vey low offer
Offered a vey low offer, less than 1/3rd Blue Book value! It also took them about a week plus just to get me a quote.
RUN!
First off, they raised the price of the bike from the KBB value by 35 percent.
They have high pressure sales tactics, salesman refused to walk away and let my husband and I talk about it alone, we tried to walk away and the guy followed us hovering over us.
The interest rate was 25.99 percent.
They purposely put us in an upside down loan, so no bank or dealership would either take the bike or refinance it.
They had no problem taking the payments, but not all of the payments showed up on the loan statement, nor did the loan reflect those payments.
I made a 700 dollar payment, there were 6 payments of 44.56 credited to my account in one month.
The math does not work out to 700.00
No other amounts were credited towards the account.
But I have copies of all the bank statements saying I paid them.
When I fell behind due to my husband losing his job, I made a deal with the repo department, I would pay them 750 on my payday.
I called the next day to make a payment, was told nope, it's all or nothing.
This company is nothing but trouble, steer clear, go to your local bike dealer, get financing through a bank or credit union.
Avoid at all costs and what a frigging joke
What a frigging joke! Almost like dealing with criminals in the open market!
2008 HD Low with only 2300 miles and in mint condition (even provided pictures of mileage and the bike) and they ONLY offered $800.
If this is an example of how they do business no wonder the reviews are so bad but thought I would give it a shot.
Pitiful!
Offered less than HALF my lowest dealer offer
I expected a lower offer for my bike than a local dealer by a few hundred, for the convenience. What I did not expect was to be offered less than HALF my lowest offer from local dealers. $7400 was my lowest offer from a local dealer with $7600 being the high. They offered me $3400! If it was like $7000 I would have been alright with it. But $3400!!! Not sure what they are on over there but they are definitely insane. Any one willing to sell their bike to them is also insane. Unless your bike is wrecked. Then maybe. But not if it’s in great condition.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam, trying to offer me $1,000 for my 2014 Cbr with only 14k miles. It is in excellent condition with loads of quality aftermarket parts, including doing all services Honda says to do at 16k miles 2k miles early so the next owner had 0 worries. I also tried calling them to talk about the offer and to potentially list my bike with them, left on hold for 5+ mins with no answer, so I hung up. They probably sell your information aswell, as I did not check the box to allow them to contact my phone number, and they did anyway.
Ghosted me when an issue arose over a petty issue.
I sold them a motorcycle, and things mostly went okay. However the initial transfer of the title was done with a pre paid FedEx label they provided. FedEx lost the package and I had to pay for a duplicate title, about $100. FedEx would not let me file a claim because RumbleOn had provided the label. Before they picked the bike up RumbleOn promised to file the case and let me know the outcome. Once they had the bike they refused to talk to me. Considering the cost of the transaction $100 is not that much but I am owed it, or at least an explanation.
Most of the bad reviews here seem to be over price offered, they are a wholesaler, and the market is terrible now I get that. But there is no excuse to ignore an otherwise satisfied customer over a minor paperwork issue.

Use them if you want to be insulted by their cash offer for your vehicle. Absolute scum out here gouging. Company won’t be around for very long
They Ignored Me
After first contact they made me an offer. Of course I wanted time to check other offers and my 3 days that offer was good for expired. Once I decided to go with their offer, I used their “renew offer” site but got no response. I then tried to contact them again as a new user. Again, no response. Really unprofessional of them to completely ignore me. They could have at least told me they had changed their mind and decided not to make an offer. I would not recommend them because of the treatment I received.
offer was too low
offer was too low. i want to sell my bike not give it away.
Sorry
Super low ridiculous offer
Super low ridiculous offer. My 2006 HD 883 with 3000 mile in excellent condition they offered $100. They are a bunch of crooks!
This place tries to steal your bikes…
This place tries to steal your bikes with their cash offers. Had two separate offers from them on two different bikes. Both of their cash offers must have been a joke because they were half of the valued trade in price I received from the dealership.
Low ball offers
Low ball offers. Honestly, do they think I'm on drugs and need to sell my Harley for a quick fix? Take my advice and look elsewhere to sell your bike.
Ramble on is one of the worst companies…
Ramble on is one of the worst companies and greediest I have ever encountered. I have a tracker brand new with eight hours on it that I paid roughly $10,000 for it only has eight hours on the four wheeler. They offered me $3700. What a racket, do not deal with this company worst ever
I've never privately sold a vehicle of…
I've never privately sold a vehicle of any kind at any time in my life.
I had a 2019 Softail Breakout with 14,460 miles and the local dealer wasn't taking bikes at the time I was getting rid of mine. So easiest path, I visited rumbleon who gave me a $9300 offer. Upon accepting the offer, they notified me that the bank fat-fingered the miles on my refinance and instructed me on how to get it corrected, and assured me they could do the deal again at $9300 again once corrected. So I gave them every update there was in the whole process.
Once it was corrected, they offered me $6300, and the lady told me that now I basically made it look worse because the DMV didn't update the miles, they just issued a new title. Which unfortunately was not the case, as I was looking at the paperwork that clearly stated it was a mileage update.
I politely hung up, posted it on Facebook marketplace, and sold it for $11,000 the next day to a Harley Dealer a few hours out (Rattlesnake Mountain Harley Davidson in Kennewick Washington).
Pathetically low offers
Pathetically low offers, especially on vintage bikes. Don't even bother with these guys, the offers I was getting from them were were about 1/40th of the actually market value.
What a joke super low ball
What a joke super low ball on last two bikes. Save your effort
