TOP QUALITY
My wife and I bought a pair of Runbuds each - she got the Pro buds and I got the Air buds. My previous earphones were cheap and nasty but my Airbuds are fantastic. The sound quality and battery life are amazing.
My wife previously had very expensive Bose earphones but she says her Runbuds Pro are much much better in every department - battery life, sound quality, connectivity and, crucially, staying in place when running.

Excellent customer service
I ordered some runbuds air but they would not stay in my ears at all. I emailed them just asking advice on how to make them stay in. Mel replied offering me an exchange for their mini runbuds with free return postage. I hadn't seen these before I ordered. These fit perfectly. I'm so pleased with them. I would definitely recommend this company. Their customer service is excellent. Thank you Mel.

Duplicated order-spot on Customer Service
I inadvertently order 2 prs of runbuds. Once I realised I tried to cancel, unfortunately the order(s) had been dispatched. I contacted Runbuds and received an email from Mel who was incredibly helpful. I was order a 50% Reduction if I'd like to keep the duplicated second pair. I responded requesting a full refund. I received a printable returns label within hours. After chatting with my brother, I decided to keep the duplicate pair at the reduced price. Again within hours I received a refund notification.
A massive thankyou to Mel for her customer service and prompt response to my requests, despite me changing my mind.

Fantastic customer service!
I had a problem with the charging unit meaning only one of the runbuds was charging. I got in touch and received not only a reply the same day but a replacement set was put on order straight away, free or charge as they were still under warranty. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Nice doing business
I had trouble with my buds and got in touch with Runbuds which they got straight back in touch and advised what to do, which worked. But later I had one of the buds stop working so got in touch again, they advised me what to try but this didn’t work this time. They informed me that the buds were still in warranty which I didn’t realise. They sent me a new pair that very day. They get straight back in touch and are extremely helpful and I can only rate them excellent from my experience. Thankyou

The Runbuds website gave really helpful descriptions of the products on offer, and they were quick to despatch the items with progress notifications along the way.

A company with brilliant qualities.
It's quite rare these days to come across a company that ticks several required boxes. Not only are 'Runbuds' trustworthy & honest but they are also very professional, swift to reply, accommodating and kind. There was a sizing issue with a set of earphones but the individual who dealt with it
showed these qualities and more. She solved the problem promptly, even responding to my email out of work hours. Clearly I recommend this company.

Good service quick delivery comfortable and sound great
Having ordered two pairs previously for my wife and daughter both times experiencing quick delivery I ordered a pair of open box returns for myself again delivered on time and as good as new I was surprised at how well the quality of sound was and how comfortable I would definitely recommend them to anyone great value for money

I was looking for some ear pods for my special needs daughter. We were struggling to find some that suited her problems. I came across the RunBuds website, I left some questions on the site (this was Sunday). To my pleasant surprise I received an email Monday morning with not only the answers to my questions but also a recommendation on which Buds might suit my daughter. I ordered the RunBuds Pro as recommended. They arrived on Thursday and they are perfect. She loves them.

Genuinely good product (runbud minis), fast delivery and reliable communication. Always a bit of a gamble ordering from a company you’ve not heard of before, especially if they’re offering heavy discounts - always makes me wonder what the products are really worth; but these really are good, and excellent value for money when compared with similar competitors (bought in sale at 40% off)

My socks are firmly knocked off!! I’ve never experienced such great customer service. I was super nervous about buying these headphones, the deal seemed too good to be true, but within days they arrived. I needed to exchange for a smaller size and they arrived even faster, with no quibbles. Now that the earbuds fit the sound and quality is brilliant!! I LOVE them and have found my new gift.
