Superb quality, delivered quickly!

shocking … paid 3x the price of the product to then wait 14 days for delivery.

These shelves are so well made, so good looking and fit in with my mid century modern look I’m trying to create.
I was going to put handbags on them but the shelves were so fab I dressed it as per the photo ( couldn’t upload but happy to share it )
I’ve also bought a radiator shelf with hair pin legs which is equally great to look at and well made

Ordered some shelves to complete my new kitchen. There was a delay in receiving them due to the black brackets that I’d chosen, but was kept informed by Kristian. When the shelves came they were well packaged and just what I wanted. They look great!

I ordered a stand to raise my TV a couple of months ago. I was extremely pleased with the stand, which was very high quality and professionally made and finished. It fits perfectly with my other furniture and looks great.

I was initially very impressed with my order. Three of the four chairs arrived in excellent condition and are of very good quality. They look great and I am very happy with them.

Unfortunately, one chair was defective upon assembly. I reported the fault on 10 June, providing photographs of the issue. Customer service acknowledged the defect, agreed to replace the faulty seat, and advised that the replacement would arrive later that week. I was also told that I would receive delivery information.

However, the promised timeframe has long since passed. I sent follow-up emails but received no response or update. I even informed the company that I would be away for one to two weeks and asked for an update before I travelled. I have now returned from my trip and still have not received any communication regarding the replacement.

The product quality has been good overall, and I am very pleased with the other three chairs. However, the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. I hope the company will contact me promptly and finally arrange the promised replacement.

Delivered on time, waiting was laid out clearly on website. Product looks excellent.
