We contacted Ruth Pitts Estate Agent to arrange a viewing. As we were making a two hour journey we had to view several properties within a timeframe. Ruth was very accommodating and worked around the times of our other viewings. We were met by John who was very professional with a friendly manner. He was very forthcoming with information which we appreciated. The communication has been great and we are more than happy with the service so far. If we were selling a property we would definitely recommend Ruth Pitts.

Spent a good while looking for the right estate agent to put our cottage on the market.
Came across Ruth’s listings & instantly knew she was the agent for us, her attention to detail with each home & the lovely photos set her apart from others without a doubt.
Ruth is not your typical 9-5 agent, she’s always kept in touch with us in the evenings & at weekends via phone, WhatsApp, text, etc.
She has given solid advice when we were unsure on things and lo and behold a week later and we are sold!

Organised a quick viewing of a house and replies fast to any queries. Only area that could be improved is providing more updates when an offer has been accepted but other than that it’s been great.
