We first had our property valued by Ruth 6 months ago , however it wasn’t the right time for us to sell , fast forward to two weeks ago I contacted Ruth to sell our house and within a week it was sold . Ruth is a very professional estate agent who goes above and beyond to ensure a sale for your property. I’d been recommended by family and friends and they weren’t wrong with the suggestion. She put my house on the market and a week later it had already been sold. I don’t think this could have happened without Ruth’s experience but also with the contacts she has grown.
