Unseriös und Antwortet bei Problemen nicht
Anfangs hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Aber wenn man was umtauschen möchte, wird angeboten, dass man für eine 5 Sterne Bewertung das Produkt in der gewünschten Größe neu zugeschickt bekommt.
5 Sterne Bewertung habe ich abgegeben, aber keinen Umtausch/Neulieferung erhalten.
Auf meine Mails wurde dann auch nicht mehr geantwortet.
Sehr schade, dass man so gezwungen wird eine schlechte Bewertung zu schreiben!
Ganz klare NICHT-Empfehlung!

You can not get your money back when you want to return an item. They try to bargain for 5-star reviews. Eventually I was able to solve the issue with klarna.

Totaal niet tevreden!
Ik heb in maart een ketting besteld bij RVNCHE die ging al erg snel stuk. Ik krijg zonder problemen een 2e ketting en ook die ketting ging erg snel stuk zonder reden.
Ik heb opnieuw contact opgenomen ket het bedrijf en na heel veel moeite kreeg ik te horen dat ik een goede review schrijven zodat ik een nieuwe ketting kreeg. Natuurlijk heb ik dat ook gedaan. Ik kreeg meerdere mailtjes dat de ketting snel verzonden zou worden en dat ze begrijpen dat de situatie vervelend is. Eindstand 2 maanden als het niet langer is verder met mailen; nooit meer iets gehoord en ook geen ketting gekregen. Ik zal ook echt nooit meer iets bij hun bestellen

Achtung an alle potenziellen Käufer! Ich versuche seit Wochen, eine Rückgabe abzuwickeln, aber der Kundenservice von rvnche antwortet einfach nicht mehr. Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich rate vom Kauf ab, bis sich der Support hier deutlich bessert.
