I have bought a cross pendant during a « buy one get one free » fare two weeks ago and I still haven’t received my order. I have sent multiple emails to their support account but I didn’t get any answers. No tracking number, no tracking on their website. I find it really disrespectful, disappointing and highly unprofessional. ITS A SCAM DONT BUY.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität und dem Service von RVNCHE. Meine Bestellung kam bereits nach 1 Tag nach der Bestellung bei mir an. Ich hab 1 Silberne Kette für meinen Freund bestellt und er hat sich sehr gefreut. Sie halten wirklich was sie versprechen und dadurch das die Kette wasserfest ist kann man sie wirklich immer anbehalten ohne sich Sorgen über Verfärbungen machen zu müssen. Einfach wow.

Finger weg!
Finger weg!! Bei jedem Artikel wird mit einer lebenslangen Garantie geworben. Auf Nachfrage stellt sich heraus dass sich das auf 30 Tage nach dem Kauf begrenzt und nicht lebenslang! Meine Artikel kamen beschädigt an, ich habe alles fotografiert und dem Support Team geschickt. Die Rückgabe wird verweigert da es Sale Artikel sind zudem würde allgemein nur ein Gutschein ausgestellt werden und nicht eine Erstattung. Das ist alles Betrug! Ich werde nun meinen Rechtsanwalt einschalten! Billigen Modeschmuck teuer verkaufen und nichtmal eine Rückgabe akzeptieren (dies lag in meiner zwei wöchigen wiederruffrist!!!) Meldung bei der Wettbewerbszentrale wird ebenso rausgehen!!

Worst experience ever
I recently purchased three products from RVNCHE — two bracelets and a chain with a cross pendant — during a “buy 2, get the 3rd at a discount” sale. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing.
One of the bracelets was not the size I requested; it was too small, and the chain’s quality did not meet my expectations, especially considering the high price point. The delivery also took much longer than expected.
When I reached out to request a refund, I was informed that refunds aren’t available for sale items, but they offered a replacement instead. I agreed to that. However, I was then asked to submit a 5-star review (without mentioning the actual issue) before they would process the replacement — which I found highly unprofessional. I told them I’d be happy to leave a review after the problem was resolved, but since then, I’ve had no response from their customer service.
This experience has left me disappointed and questioning the authenticity of the positive reviews I saw online. Overall, it’s been the worst online shopping experience I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend RVNCHE based on how my issue was handled.

Schlechtester Kundenservice ever
Der eine Stern auch nur, weil der Schmuck gut ist, aber der Kundenservice eine SCHROTT!!!! Niemals etwas bestellen, wenn man nicht komplett sicher ist, denn Rücksendung klappt absolut nicht und der Kundenservice ist ein Fake und treiben dich zum Wahnsinn, also absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!
