Commande effectuée le 19/02, le 09/03 toujours rien et surtout le statut de la commande n’a pas évolué. J’ai envoyé plusieurs mails demandant où en était ma commande et je n’ai eu que des réponses générées automatiquement. Bref la livraison en 1-2 jours ouvrables est un mensonge, et c’est une entreprise malhonnête qui ne respecte pas le droit commercial européen. J’ai exigé un remboursement en invoquant mon droit de rétractation (14 jours), et j’ai eu droit à la même réponse générique que d’habitude. Si j’ai un conseil à vous donner, fuyez ce site.
