- Kein Impressum und keine Kontaktdaten auf der Homepage, was eindeutig gegen die EU Gesetzgebung, als Händler im e-commerce verstößt. Eine Anzeige dazu ist beim Verbraucherschutz erstellt.
- die Homepageregistrierung läuft auf eine anonyme Firma in Kanada
-Zuerst Versandverzögerungen ohne Informationen und/oder Erklärungen und keinerlei Entschuldigung. EMail Kontakt nur auf Englisch und mit Textbausteinen.
-Ware aus meiner Sicht billig und in keinster Weise dem Preis entsprechend.
-Rücknahmeprozess nach Ansprache an per Email NUR mit dem Hinweis „keine Rückzahlung, denn einen Gutschein zu bekommen“. Klarer Verstoß gegen die EU Gesetze zum Schutz von Käufern.
Für mich ein eher sehr unseriöses Auftreten und wenig vertrauenswürdig.

I bought two chains (one in silver and one in gold). The price-performance ratio is excellent, and customer support got back to me within two days when I had a question. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.
