brilliant customer service! couldnt recommend a better company!

Good quality tools and tool chest
Quick delivery

Ordered late evening. On my doorstep before lunch time.

Purchased a Wideman Tool Chest. excellent product and great value for money. Nice website and very helpful staff. The goods arrived the next day. excellent service. My sons work colleagues are all considering a purchase.

Good quality tool box. Arrived with 5 working days. Quick response to query email. Only reason not 5 stars didn't receive email to notify of despatch

Great tool trolley plenty of room for other tools, great quality and a really good price, delivery was fast and arrived in good condition no dents in it at all

Firstly, the delivery driver was well presented, polite and very accommodating. The tool chest was as described and arrived in perfect condition. No missing tools, although there were no screws to hold the handles on, not a biggie but still slightly irritating. So why the 4 stars and not 5, that is because I had no idea it was turning up when it did. There was a distinct lack of communication after purchasing the tool chest (which btw, was easy and quick) and this meant I wasn't able to give my full attention to the delivery as I work from home and was in the middle of a meeting. Again all kudos to the delivery driver, he was brilliant and dealt with the drop off for me. Please rwstradesupplies, a text or email saying roughly when would have been great (yes I did look at my junk mail too and no email). Would I trade with them again, YES.

Was sceptical at first but once arrived extremely happy with the durability and quality of the box and tools, the wheels aswell are very durable as where I use it the floors aren't level and bumpy. Thank you

Fast and safe delivery
Cheers

Great service, helped me with any issues I had! Highly recommended!

Brilliant Service and on time, cant recommend enough

Tool box quality is great including tools, but delivery took longer than expected, nearly 2 weeks rather than the given 5 days as advertised.

Great , do the job.

Placed an order for tools and haven't had them delivered nor have I had any delivery updates.

Really good quality products, and outstanding service.
Would definitely use again and recommend.

Was sceptical about my purchase... But ordered 3 boxes at 10.30 on Thursday morning and to my surprise by 09.30 Friday morning my boxes arrived in perfect order... Top quality service would order again..
