I instructed Ryder Dutton Rochdale to act in the sale of my Victorian terraced and rather dilapidated house in November last year. The sale has just been completed after an initial sale fell through because of bad faith by the then purchaser. What made this possible was the totally professional, expert and dedicated attention I received at all times from Lauren Coomber the Branch Co-ordinator. We had to contend with numerous obstacles along the way and she always managed to overcome them
them and ensure there was a positive outcome. I also found her a great communicator and she constantly kept me updated with developments. I can therefore fully recommend this firm and branch with regard to residential sales.

Completely unprofessional. Booked me in for a Sunday which was great. I got all the cobfirmation emails and turned up at the appointment. It took me half an hour of driving to get to the appointment and when i arrived i was rudely told that i cant see the property because they cancelled the appointment and could not be bothered telling me that they cancelled the appointment. Completely untrusthworthy and a waste of time and i honestly feel truly sorry for anyone working with them

I worked with Tom Prince throughout the sale of my property. He was incredibly patient, friendly and couldn't do enough to help.

Lauren Coomber at Ryder and Dutton has made what has been a very long and painful journey selling my dad’s flat after he passed away so much easier to deal with. Lauren was fantastic at keeping me updated every step of the way. She was very proactive and great at keeping me up to date with progress. She was also very understanding and supportive.

At Rochdale branch of Ryder and duttonThey were efficient right from the property being valued to the property being sold. Always keeping us up to date with everything when they could and the staff were very pleasant on the phone .

Everyone at the Rochdale branch seems to be very good at their jobs but Lauren specifically, who was tasked with dealing with me, was absolutely fantastic at the following things: keeping me in the loop at every stage of my transaction, chasing various solicitors, reassuring me when necessary, being friendly and professional. I would say she goes above and beyond especially as in this case I was the buyer. I am also using Ryder & Dutton to sell an unconnected property mainly because of their solid professionalism in the early stages of my dealings with them. Would recommend.

Even though it took 9 months from accepting an offer to closing, due to the ineptitude of the legal representatives of the buyer and the landlord, I felt that the only person constantly chasing to move things forward was Lauren Coomber.

Rochdale Office - rang the developers initially via their website to enquire about a new local development via the developers, heard nothing, couldn't get hold of them. Several weeks later got a call from Ryder & Dutton in Rochdale, missed the call and returned the call to them explaining I was looking to enquire about a development. Awful attitude from the lady on the phone, (Lauren?) not helpful at all. "You do know you have to sell your property first" but the properties won't be built for 6 months!! All I wanted was a viewing. She didn't know if the developer would part-ex (but gave her opinion of probably not) despite insisting my current property be sold first, couldn't give me a date that I could have a viewing, would get back to me (maybe) at some undetermined date in the future. Said some of the plots were already sold (no idea how, can't even get hold of them). Tried arranging a visit with a financial advisor despite me already having finances in place, got shirty when I said that it had taken a long time to get back to me and that I didn't need these services. So unprofessional. Spoke to several other local developers who were very easy to deal with in complete contrast.

Accofing to me, ryder and dutton is a good estate agenccy.staffs arre good. Nice way of talking and dealing to customers.I sure recommened to my friends aboiut this agency.
