My ponchos were received timely and…
My ponchos were received timely and they are beautiful. However, the USPS caused concern when one was delivered and it should’ve been three. I contacted SaphiRose by text and the postal service did a special delivery on Sunday. You could’ve saved postage and my fright if all three were shipped together as one
package.

On January 29 we learned that you did not receive the package, so we immediately sought further assistance from the delivery department to check this order. However, the courier company did not tell us the result of the investigation until January 31. Since providing quality service to our customers is our top priority, we immediately arranged a reshipment for you and the resent items were delivered on February 1. A bad experience was made right by good customer service.
The delivery was fast and mostly easy. I purchased a coat that came without the attached hood. I reached out through customer service who eventually sent me a new coat. The customer service representative was great and turned a negative experience into a positive. They were fast and responsive, but the interface system was very strange. I didn't like getting text messages from them and would have preferred emails only.

Very well-made. Perfect weight. Unfortunately the zipper is reversed so it is for woman. It is also slightly more snug than I would choose. Nevertheless, I can wear it and will do so happily. By the way, I am a five foot 10 inch, 180 pound male.

Ordered size 13.5 wide. these were Bozo shoes long and narrow,there is an inch from my toe to end of shoe.they erased my first review and keep wanting another.It just ain't gonna get better.

Just what I was looking for
I was looking for a poncho to use for dog walking. Since I am short (5") many adult ponchos are too long for me, so I was looking for one about knee-length and the one I ordered from Saphirose was just the right size.

The ponchos are great for walking in the rain and staying dry.
They fit over a backpack.

Yea it is pretty much as advertised
Yea it is pretty much as advertised. Packs up small and could be rad for a high alpine shelter for fast packing. Downside. It took about 6 weeks to get it by mail. But I did eventually!

Normally, our shipping time is 3-7 business days. I just check your order and found that it only took 5 days instead of 6 weeks to delivery the item to your address. We also support express shipping service, it only take 2-3 business days to delivery the item.
Made in China
I chose this website with the belief that the rain gear is made in the USA with a US address. Turns out that I received the jacket and it has a made in China tag. How totally disappointing.....the jacket is acceptable but you need to make it clear that your product is made in China.
