FIRST TIME BUYERS PLEASE NOTE;
I ordered 2 dresses in my first order. They are NEW stock, so lets be honest should be refundable!
One fits and one is way to short (you can see breakfast). I applied for a refund on the one that doesn't fit but the company are unwilling to refund.
The CATCH this company uses is that if you purchase using a sale code (OR in my case a welcome code for my first order) you cannot receive your refund to your original purchase option. BEWARE AS UNTIL YOU TRY A BRAND don't use there code!

Product took ages to come! Missed arriving for my holiday then when I returned I got an invoice from customs duty charge to UK of £125! The items were only valued at £300! THIS WAS NOT MADE clear at purchase. DONT BUY if you are in the UK!!! Totally shafted

I do not recommend shopping here, items like like they cost 30 cents to make and customer service is extremely unhelpful.

I never normally leave reviews but I wanted to write this so other people do not have to experience what I have.
I ordered two dresses from Sasha Therese, which in all their socials etc talk about how great quality the clothes are.
I paid the high amount of import taxes.
However, when I received the dresses, the quality was no where near what I expected. The material was a horrible shiny material - not as shown on the website. Just really cheap.
I contacted to return for a refund, knowing I would lose the import taxes and also have to pay for the return. To be told they would not refund me as I had used a sign up discount code. It is not clear at all that if you use a discount code that you cannot have a refund. I would not have bought them if so. I could sort of understand if you had bought from there before,but not on first purchase as you have no idea on the quality.
I messaged them, and explained that the quality and look of the dresses is no where near what expected, and they eventually offered be 50% refund and 50% gift card. I would have to pay for the return of the dresses - and I am not going to buy any more dresses as the quality is terrible. They then suggested I should sell them online myself.
It is just shocking - please be aware - I have never known a company to have this policy before. Terrible quality and terrible policies for their customers.

Would not purchase from this brand if you are an international customer.
Dress sizes are large and quality of the material is cheap and very see through (I bought 4 dresses)
Even though their customer service is quick to respond they would not offer an another refund solution other than gift card.
They do not offer any postage solutions for international returns either meaning you have to source it yourself which obviously posting to Australia is expensive. From a brand that is widely advertised and I heard such good things from this is extremely disappointing.
I am not out of money completely and I will not be purchasing anything else from this brand again.

Been buying from ST these past couple months and i love it so much! the pieces are well designed and pretty great quality.

Kim, from client liaison, is patient and made my returns process really smooth. also loving how if something doesn’t quite work out can be returned for credits with a small bonus too. 🤍

Jonna helped me so much with my order. Even with some difficulties, they were able to help me and replace the top which was so generous and helpful. She was so kind and efficient in our communications too.

The most amazing dresses ever. They fit the body like a glove. The quality is fantastic I have never felt more attractive ❤️❤️. I ordered to Mexico so it took a little longer but everything arrived perfectly packaged

Commande #148093 passée il y a maintenant près de 2 mois et toujours jamais reçue.

Depuis, nous sommes baladés de réponse en réponse sans qu’aucune solution concrète ne soit apportée.

On nous a d’abord expliqué qu’Australia Post attendait des informations de notre part concernant la douane et qu’un e-mail nous aurait été envoyé. Nous n’avons jamais reçu cet e-mail.

Nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises les informations permettant de résoudre le problème : coordonnées précises du service douanier à contacter, référence du dossier, procédure à suivre… rien de concret.

Aujourd’hui, après presque deux mois d’attente, la réponse est encore : « contactez la douane », toujours sans nous fournir les éléments nécessaires pour pouvoir réellement le faire.

Nous avons également demandé une solution très simple : réexpédition de la commande ou remboursement. À ce jour : ni l’un ni l’autre.

Un problème de transport ou de douane peut arriver. Ce qui est inacceptable, c’est de laisser un client sans sa commande pendant près de deux mois et de lui renvoyer continuellement la responsabilité du problème sans apporter de solution.

Deux mois pour recevoir un produit : non.
Deux mois pour obtenir une solution : encore moins.

Such high quality prices for an amazing price. The fit of everything is so good :) I even rock my pieces pregnant with my bump as they stretch!

Unreliable they don’t answer emails. I’m trying to get a refund on two dresses that I bought and they’re not cheap and the only solution they have is store credit as the dresses don’t fit me and I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again. I’ve been emailing them to give me my money back. I’m getting no answer from them. Terrible customer service terrible customer service.

SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - Would give 0 stars if I could - they offer all new buyers a 15% off discount, just to not refund my hefty order. they said they cannot refund any order with a discount code.

the pieces I got were POOR QUALITY, either see-through or ill fitting and no refund was allowed.

please refund my order in totality.

I purchased three full-priced items and used a 15% promotional code at checkout. Unfortunately, the items didn’t fit, so I requested a return and refund.

My only suggestion to the brand would be to make this aspect of the returns policy much more prominent during checkout. Full-priced items become ineligible for a refund when a promotional code is used, which I wasn’t aware of when making my purchase.

Customer service was responsive but landed in my spam.

WARNING!! If you use a discount code, the item is considered a final sale, and you will NOT receive a refund. You have 7 days to request a refund, and the process is difficult: you have to send an email, fill out a Google Form, and then send another email that you filled out the form. Plus, the quality is terrible!!

I ordered the Winnie Mini Dress, the size was not true to size and the material of the dress was like bathing suit material- almost like wearing plastic. "Kim" rejected my refund because I used a welcome code. Even if I had gone through with store credit, the return process is a hassle and I didn't want another plastic dress. Not worth it, cheap and useless brand.

The sizing is awful! Made for really tall people and everything is oversized and there is no returns allowed. I had to pay for my return all the way to Australia and they wouldn’t even refund me. They only accepted it as store credit even though I had no sale items but used the welcome code they provided me with. Honestly worst customer experience and the fit is so wrong. Even the item that did fit me doesn’t sit properly and I’ll have to tailor it. Won’t shop here again.

So bad. Quality. Fit. The website automatically applied a discount code, which made the item in eligible for return. Very misleading.

The worst !!! They pull you in by giving you a welcome discount code then you realize by saving your $4, your items are now nonrefundable . I emailed them about their deception but they send me screenshots of all of their policies claiming they make it “clear.” I wish I read these reviews before ordering. It’s obviously not clear enough considering all of these horrible reviews of people going through the same situation. You’d think they would change something instead of losing countless customers. Deceptive marketing and super unethical.
