The worst !!! They pull you in by giving you a welcome discount code then you realize by saving your $4, your items are now nonrefundable . I emailed them about their deception but they send me screenshots of all of their policies claiming they make it “clear.” I wish I read these reviews before ordering. It’s obviously not clear enough considering all of these horrible reviews of people going through the same situation. You’d think they would change something instead of losing countless customers. Deceptive marketing and super unethical.

I received their product and the material was so heavy and size I ordered was a small skirt but it was HUGE that feel off of me and the small top was tiny. I contacted them immediately for return. They refused for refund but only in store credit which I didn’t want because I wasn’t happy with their clothing so far and just did not want to get something to only return again. They are a company I would definitely not purchase from again.

Fabric is cheap, and the product is poorly made in general. But the worst part is their shady return policy. They push discount codes on first time buyers, then refuse returns because you used the discount code. So shady.

Item looked cheap and the fit was terrible because the fabric was completely wrong for the style of dress. Requested a refund and they said that because they applied a 15% off new customer discount they wouldn’t refund it but I can return it for store credit. It wasn’t even a sale item, it was new stock. Will be reporting them to ACCC.

I returned an item purely due to incorrect sizing, the returns team were very accomodating and I ended up purchasing a different set which I have worn many times and always receive compliments on it :)

Quality is very good, the look of the dress is super cute ! And customer service for abroad orders was good.

The sizing and design are so perfect! It’s super comfy, flowy, and elegant. I wish there was one in true white or all black! The grey washes my olive skin out. But still super lovely 🩶

Terrible quality. Moreover, very misleading return policy. The return process is described as "unfriendly," involving Google forms and email confirmations, with items often being rejected. The are advertising that they have a discount code and guess what? You cant return items because you use a checkout code!! Never buy from them.

Careful with international orders. I ordered a dress to Spain and had to pay an extra 44 Euros for import duties, which is absolutely disgusting given that the dress is 100 Euros in total. Also, they say they ship to UAE, but their website doesn't work in UAE...All the products come up as sold out, so there's clearly some bug int he system... I really wanted to like this brand, but so far the experience has been really bad.

They offer you 10% off your first order when you go to checkout which seems all nice and well. However, when my order arrived and I did not like the item, when i requested a return they declined this stating that they only allow returns for a refund for 'non-sale items', mind you nothing in my order was 'on-sale' they were full priced items, the only 'sale' was the welcome discount they offer at checkout which i believe is incredibly deceptive marketing to ensure that they do not have to give any customers refunds if they are not satisified with their items. I was offered a store credit in the form of 'smile rewards' which have now been renamed 'muse points'... which expired after 6 months of being added to my account. Nothing was added to the website during that time which i had any interest in purchasing so hundreds of dollars spent on my initial order just effectively vanished due to the sneaky set up of everything. I would not ever purchase from here again due to the deliberate deception to make you ineligible for a refund and the 6 month time limit to then use the store credit points they give you instead.

I am extremely displeased with the product, the customer service, and the refund policy. The sizing is significantly different than most companies that supply the same clothing items. I ordered my standard XS in a simple white tank top, and I could not fit this over my body. I inquired about a return, and I was told that I cannot return this item because I used a first-time order discount code at checkout. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO KEEP THE ITEM. I am very surprised by this policy and I believe it should be well known. The policy is deceptive and used as a formality to scam customers into keeping items that do not live up to the quality standard that you would expect given the price. I will never order from this company again.

The worst quality and the most sneaky return policies, you will only ever get a store credit, only to use it on another crappy product. They’ve marketed themselves really well that’s how they reel you in.

The retailer has a pop up discount of 15% for new buyers, which is a standard incentive for many retailers, however if you choose to accept the discount (because why wouldn't you), they have a policy, which is not made clear when accepting the discount, that means you are unable to return your items for a full refund, only store credit. I have never seen a retailer with this policy and there is no reason why it should be one, other than a sneaky way for them to ensure they do not give refunds. I would NOT use this retailer again.

amazing customer service, dresses look like the picture and quality is good. the only catch is that i had to do exchanges but i am quite happy with the final product i got.

I purchased a dress and they sent me a very cheap dress that did not fit. The the same day I received the dress I notified them I needed to return it because it was not true to size. I did not trust their size charge so I wanted a refund and they will not give me a refund because I used a discount code. The dress was $104.00. With the discount code I paid $96.40. The dress is not worth $10.00. It looks like a Temu dress for $5.00. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is an unethical scam. They offer all new customers a 'welcome discount'... then when your order arrives for the first time, you realize what HORRIBLE quality everything is. Stitching coming undone. Fabric so thin it's see-through. Literally SHEIN quality junk priced at 3x the amount it should be. So you go to return it (at your own expense) and they tell you because you used a discount code, you don't qualify for a refund. If this isn't predatory business practices then I don't what is. Offer everyone a discount up front so no one can ever get a refund. It's disgusting.

Der gelieferte Artikel entspricht weder den Produktfotos noch der Beschreibung. Die Qualität wirkt extrem billig und erinnert eher an sehr günstige Massenware aus China als an ein hochwertiges Designerstück. Material, Verarbeitung und Passform haben mit den Erwartungen aufgrund der Produktpräsentation nichts zu tun.

Noch ärgerlicher ist die Rückgabe: Zwar ist eine Retoure grundsätzlich möglich, die Rücksendekosten nach Australien muss man jedoch selbst tragen. In meinem Fall wären diese nahezu so hoch wie der Kaufpreis des Artikels. Das macht eine Rückgabe wirtschaftlich kaum sinnvoll.

Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal bestellen und kann den Shop aufgrund des irreführenden Produktauftritts und der unpraktischen Rückgabebedingungen leider nicht empfehlen.
