Thank you firstly for excellent service provided before and after purchase of materials for my two DIY projects.
The materials are of excellent quality, well packed and delivered very quickly after placing the orders.
I used the Spruce panels and Aspen materials and they really are authentic. Both projects have turned out very well.
I understand this is a family run business so am particularly happy to have used them and ask that others do too - you will get proper advice and customer service.

Good company. Website is clear - even has a design facility. Jason is so good to deal with. I've phoned to check things before the order and I've phoned a few times since it arrived. Every time, quick answers and good chat. Honestly, all companies should be like this. Glad I chose them. They are also very, very competitively priced.

From time to time you come across a company that provides good service but seldom one that provides exceptional service. The Sauna Shop run by Jason and his wife falls into this category. I have just had a problem with the timer on the Harvia stove and having sent a photo to Jason it was sorted without any hesitation. You can't ask for anything more.

Don’t be fooled by the big website, this is an incredibly hard working, knowledgable husband and wife team near Salisbury. Jason (Jase) provided lots of quality advice, clearly from years in the industry both commercial and residential. Jules is really friendly and willing to help, a few nice touches and going the extra mile meant a lot. Thank you both! Certainly my my ‘go to’ for sauna bits going forward!

We are a Spa hotel business in the Lake District and inherited an electric sauna (without a manual) All was fine until our electrician pointed out that we require some kind of sensor!! I rang around for a week and got no where 🙈 Eventually we contacted the Saunashop and Jason knew exactly what we required plus provided advice! His colleague (jules) sounded lovely and put everything in the post for next day delivery 😊 I would (and have already) to anyone Ray

Spoke to guys on the phone on a couple of occasions to check about availability — placed an order for a wood heated stove (incl. stones), and some aspen for making sauna benches. They informed me the stove I ordered happened to be out of stock just then, so they'd arrange for it to be shipped directly from Finland at no extra cost, so that it arrives within the timeframe of the original delivery.

Wood arrived promptly, followed by the stove a couple of days later. Everything was perfect. Sauna is up and running, which is a dream come true!

Would totally recommend.
