When I first received the underwear, I tried on the black in a size large and it fit amazing, I told all of my friends and family about it. Then a few days later, I tried a pair in navy, and it fit a lot tighter. The leg holes were smaller and the waist was smaller, but not so uncomfortable that I couldn’t wear it, but it stayed uncomfortable all day. So if you get a colored pair, then I would recommend sizing up. Black seems to be really stretchy. However, the biggest reason I gave this company five stars is because of their absolute exceptional customer service!! I emailed them since they have a money guarantee, and I was just looking to exchange the navy for a larger size. They went above and beyond and told me to keep the ones that were too small and went ahead and sent an extra large so I can try it and see if it’s the right size! Assuming it fits, this will probably be the gift that I give to every expecting Mom and will continue to wear for as long as necessary! The support feels amazing. I feel like I can stand up straighter and walk farther than wearing normal underwear. I am 10 months postpartum with my second child, with a 18 month age gap between the two. So finding something that makes me feel a little bit more like myself physically has been so freeing and I have told all of my mom friends about them!!!

The product itself was extremely disappointing. There is no ribbing or silicone grip to keep it in place, and the material isn't nearly as compressive as I expected. The fit is somewhere between a swimsuit and regular underwear. It literally started rolling down immediately after I put it on, making it completely unusable for me.

But the biggest issue is the return policy. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. The product arrives without tags or a hygiene liner, and because of that, their policy apparently gives them a reason to refuse the return altogether.

And even if they decide to offer a partial refund, the customer is still responsible for a FLAT $50 SHIPPING FEE.

So please be aware of this before ordering. If the product doesn't work for you, you may be stuck with it — and potentially out another $50 just trying to get a partial refund. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing.

I ordered 4 Sculpt Briefs based on their online sizing chart. The XL I tried on was far too small, the chart doesn't account for hip measurement, only waist, which threw off the fit significantly.

I emailed asking for them to make this right. I was clear that 3 of the 4 were never opened or tried on. I provided photos. Customer service initially offered to send one free replacement piece in a different size. That's it. They said they couldn't exchange after items after they were worn, and they pitched the single replacement as a courtesy. When I reminded them that I'd only tried ONE pair on, and that the other 3 should at least be exchanged, they withdrew their initial offer without explanation and said if I didn't like that, I could buy a 5th item at a discount

The homepage prominently advertises "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee," "Risk-Free Trial," and "Easy Returns." My experience shows this is 100% false.

I'll be issuing a chargeback with my bank.

It’s a good product. I bought XL and they fit true to size. They are like wearing a soft hug. They are comfortable enough that I slept in them last night. So far the only negative is- they do roll down from the top when sitting, which is annoying, but not enough to keep me from wearing them. They are shaping, but not magic. Overall I’m happy with my purchase, I bought all 7 colors.

Somehow I have ordered an incorrect size. Once I find out it, I have immediately email their support team for an assistance. And to my own surprised, they reply with just one email and manage to solve my problem. I was extremely happy since it has been resolved so quickly.

Ordering was clear. Picking my size was easy. I was updated throughout the delivery process. Packaging was very nice. Product is excellent. I was surprised at how comfortable they are. But at the same time it feels supportive.

Don't go by the sizing on the charts. I bought size 12-14 and I would say they are more a small 12 or even a 10. Very tight around my legs too
It says 30 day money back guarantee so I emailed them and they offered me a free large to try and then if I get on well they will give me a discount code to order more in large. But how does that help with the £40 I spent on 4 pairs of pants I now isn't wear? Just means I have to spend even more

The size was not properly adjusted for me, even if I use the measurements in the website . I measured myself to see which bikini are fitting me and I had to order with one size difference. Unfortunately there is no refound policy

I was hesitant about buying these but I am glad I did. It's only been a week but I can tell a difference in my mom belly. My order took longer than expected but I do think they are worth the wait and the money. I'm looking forward to seeing more results within the next few weeks.

My experience was weird. I noticed that I had accidentally ordered two different sizes and I asked if that could be fixed. Someone emailed me to say that she was able to fix it before it left the warehouse. but my product arrived today with what I ordered, Not with what she said was fixed. so I did receive my order but I don't know why she lied. It was very odd..
she could have just honestly said "hey. Sorry about that. But it's too late." So I'm left confused. I don't know why she would say she did something that she didn't do. As it is, the large fits, but came with some holes in the mesh. The small definitely does not fit LOL

Great product. Delivery service was fast. I think next time I would go one size up from my regular size. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

I was skeptical but I almost immediately felt relief the first time I wore a pair of saybeam briefs. After a week I could actually see a difference in the mirror. I wish they had more colors and maybe even posture bras and boy shorts options.
